I couldn’t speak highly enough of Avery & Co. Back in January, in the middle of getting quotes for house surveys I found this company. They were the only company not to try and sell me a level 3 survey when we didn’t need it, and also advised us to get a mortgage valuation first prior to doing the survey due to some issues with the house. They were absolutely right as we required a specialist survey prior to the mortgage being accepted. From the initial call, to follow-up calls and our surveyor Karl being on hand to answer any questions, the customer service has been fantastic. They are very knowledgable and also super friendly! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My whole experience with Avery & co has been nothing but positive from start to finish. The Surveyor Carl arrived at the property at the allotted time, he was polite, approachable and professional
Finally I recieved my full report within a week of the survey being completed.
