Friendly customer service, quick turnaround, detailed and actionable survey report.

I have used this company several times because the communication is so good. Before the survey they contact you to see if you have any concerns or things you want to be checked. After the survey they are available to discuss any issues they have highlighted, even if that is a year or more later. The surveyor also offers support if you are not sure how to fix issue. Staff were helpful , nothing was too much bother. Wouldn't use anyone else and my daughters used this company when they purchased a house too, I would definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely fantastic!!
I called on friday 18.09.26 to query about a surveyor needing to supply me with a certificate before i move property.
I was informed of everything needed to be done, what will happen.
Reception team very helpful, cheerful. Knew exactly what it was i needed.
I was booked in for 22.09.2026 and had my valuation report the same day.
Brilliant price, even offer discounts for returning customers. They do a variety of things.
Respond very quick to emails.

Great friendly service. Irene was amazing guiding me through what I needed and explained costs and process very clearly. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Surveyor came out two days later on a day to suit me. Report followed promptly and was as expected. Would highly recommend.

The staff at Avery & Co have been so helpful and friendly from the start, I am a first time buyer and they’ve explained everything. The level 2 survey report we have found very detailed and helpful that Karl completed. This was completed on the Thursday and the report sent over on the Tuesday, we were surprised how quick it came back! The sellers are now completing a structural survey themselves due to concerns raised in the report, this has saved us a lot of stress and money if we discovered these things after we moved in.

From initial phonecall enquiry through to receiving the final report I was met with pure professionalism. Professional/responsive and good explanation of key points in follow up call.

Friendly, helpful staff giving good advice on the most suitable survey. It was an in depth survey and the report was received within 5 days. It was clearly set out so that we could easily identify points for consideration. Would certainly use Avery again.
