DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Brought a bangle, when it arrived it was flimsy and not worth the money. I have sent several emails to the company asking for a returns label. I eventually received a reply saying i could choose something else for the same price as the original. I emailed back saying i didn’t want to do that but wanted a refund instead. I haven’t heard anything back despite sending more emails.Disgusting company, do not use.

Hi Tracy,
I'm sorry the bracelet wasn't what you hoped for. We emailed you on September 22, right after your first review, offering to put things right. Since then, no reply from you has reached our inbox, including the refund request you mention. It looks like your emails are going astray somewhere, and I'm sorry that's left you feeling ignored. That's the last thing we'd want.
A refund is absolutely an option. I've emailed you again today with the return details. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder, and write to us directly at support@awareness-avenue.com so your message comes straight to our team.
Wishing you a brighter experience from here,
The Awareness Avenue Team

Hi Maxwell,
Thank you for the lovely review! We'll make sure Jess hears your kind words, and we're glad your piece arrived safely and on time. We appreciate the honest note about the size too. Close-up product photos can make pieces look bigger than they are, so it's good to know the description gave you the real picture. We're happy you're enjoying your jewellery.
All the best and plenty of sparkle,

Amazing Quality & Exceptional Customer Service
I have the hardest time finding rings available in my size (11) and had been searching for a unique but affordable ring in my birthstone forever. I was thrilled when I found this piece and even more thrilled when it arrived - it sparkles brilliantly and the “ruby” center stone’s coloring is very rich.
Additionally, their customer service was top-notch - they reached out to confirm my shipping address prior to shipping, then reached out after delivery to confirm that it was delivered and see how I like it.

Hi Matt,
Thank you so much for this! We know how frustrating it can be to find the right ring in your size, so we're thrilled this one was worth the search. That rich red birthstone shade is one of our favorites too. We're also glad our check-ins along the way made you feel cared for.
May it keep catching the light every day.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
Liked amazing on photos and looked great when it arrived. Sadly it was so small you’d be lucky if it fit a child. Messaged by them to ask what I thought. Voiced my problems then nothing. No contact or response. So far stuck with a bangle that fits a 5 year old. Beware and avoid. I would’ve done zero stars if I could.

Hi Michelle,
We're sorry to hear about the sizing. It's disappointing when a piece doesn't fit, and we want to fix that.
We looked into this right away but couldn't find an order under your name. We also reached out here on Trustpilot to request your order details, but we haven't heard back. We reply to every message, usually within 24 hours on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends, so we'd really like to understand what happened.
Could you confirm that you ordered your bangle from awareness-avenue.com? If it was, please email us at support@awareness-avenue.com with your order number, and we'll take care of it.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
