Was having difficulty getting mortgage through my broker, when I was introduced to Luke. Luke seemed to know the market well and gave great advice!! Chelsea (and Max) were absolutely outstanding throughout what turned out to be a very stressful and highly non-standard remortgage during a divorce.

Chelsea was calm, responsive, and relentlessly proactive at every stage; chasing lenders, dealing with shifting timelines, and keeping everything moving when other parties were causing delays - nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

This was not a straightforward case, but Chelsea handled it with professionalism, clarity, and genuine care. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt confident that things were in safe hands.

Max was great too, having to walk me through four rate changes and two lenders since the mortgage was first agreed.
