I'd highly recommend Chartwell Funding – they have been great. They offer a really personal and professional service. Kane and Star, who have been my main contacts throughout, have both been first class.

As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt overwhelming at times, but Kane was always patient, professional, and happy to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was always available and took me through each step of the process, which made a real difference.

Star was also brilliant throughout, keeping me updated, responding quickly to emails, and making sure everything stayed on track. Her communication and support have been excellent.

They've both made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier, and I'm really grateful for all their help. I would definitely recommend Chartwell Funding to anyone looking for mortgage advice.

I found Chartwell Funding after another broker referred me to them. I had already spoken with several other brokers and to compare them would be like comparing night and day! My initial contact, Carl Duffin instilled confidence in me from the start, was extremely attentive and answered all my queries efficiently and accurately. I received a DIP within hours and once I made an offer on a property, Carl & Josh pushed this forward. On Wednesday the application went in and today (Monday) it was approved and I'm now in the process of moving to my perfect property. I can't thank the team enough, I had my doubts of if I would ever get a mortgage but these guys made it possible. Would recommend them to anyone.
