Last two experiences were not upto the professional level. 1st despatch product after 20 days. 2nd trying to do some more online purchase but the system is not allowing for some unknown reason.

I have been buying gold and silver…
I have been buying gold and silver Britannia's for a couple of years from several different dealers but find that I have more trust in Baird than any of the others.
Whenever I call them the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to, (like Abigail who I just spoke to who was a delight).
Prices matter of course but more importantly to me is the confidence dealing with Baird gives me. I feel my investment is safe with them
