Baitullah Travel Reviews

I had the best service with Baitullah Travel very convenient and just always one text away . Me and my entire family had an amazing journey.Thanku once again Fasial😊

Saadullah helped us with Umrah booking for my wife and I; and later he booked us a separate Umrah package for our 2 daughters.

Saadullah was amazing at dealing with all our requests. He provided us with multiple Umrah package quotations, including different airlines and hotels in Makkah and Madinah. He was prompt, efficient and trustworthy. He has been extremely helpful, very patient and polite throughout the process. He responded swiftly to all my queries via WhatsApp and emails, and has never failed to go the extra mile to ensure everything was taken care off from flights, hotels, and visas. We are so looking forward to our Umrah trip in January 2025 inshaAllah.

I recommend Baitullah Travels and highly recommend Saadullah to deal with your Umrah booking.

Thank you, Saadullah for all your kind help, professional attitude, and gracious support throughout our Umrah booking.

Great Service. Good Staff response. Very helpful and cheap as well .

Very nice experience with baitullah travels especially sami ullah accomodate us in every best way !! Glad to book our trip with you..highly recommend !!

I booked an Umrah trip for my dad and brother, with brother Sami Ullag and entire process was handled with great professionalism and care. Everything was well-organized, from flights and accommodation to transport and support during their journey. They had a smooth and blessed experience, and I’m so grateful for the excellent service provided. I highly recommend Baitullah travels.

Sami Ullah was very helpful. Took a while to get back to me at times and there was a misunderstanding about an extra hotel booking charge. However overall a smooth experience and responsiveness was good when faced any issues or had questions.

Excellent trip experience from Baitullah Travels and facilitated by Mr Yasir Hameed throughout the trip. He was instrumental in getting all bookings done in advance with peace of mind.

Our trip was arranged by Hafiz Yasir Hameed. From start to finish our flights, hotels, pick and drop services were all high standards, hotel were very clean and closed to haram as promised. Overall experience was 5 star & we as a family had no issue whatsoever. Thank you once again to Yasir bhai.👍🏼 insha'Allah soon again

Saad was excellent in every possible way, he found the best deals for me and my family and never failed to go the extra mile to ensure we have a complete package. Would 100% recommend

I recently booked Umrah and a stay in Dubai for myself and my family through Sonia, and I must say I received the most exceptional service which truly exceeded all expectations. From the meticulous planning of our Umrah trip to the seamless arrangements for our Dubai getaway, every detail was flawlessly thought out. Sonia’s commitment to staying in touch throughout the entire journey was also appreciated, knowing she was only a quick message or call away, this ensured further peace of mind and a smooth experience from start to finish exemplifying her commitment to customer satisfaction. Sonia's ability to secure a fantastic deal for my family showcases her expertise and genuine care for her clients. Additionally, her friendly and kind nature further enhances the exceptional service she provides. I wholeheartedly recommend Sonia for her outstanding professionalism and unparalleled service in the travel industry.

Successful trip Alhamdulillah.

Faisal was extremely helpful throughout the process. We had some issues at the start due to delays in getting our hotel booked which resulted in our requested hotel losing availability however Faisal worked very hard to go above and beyond with his customer service and booked us another, more expensive and higher rated hotel, at no extra cost. I really appreciated this from Faisal as he did this out of his own initiative without me even requesting it.

I praise Allah for allowing me to embark on umrah this year and can genuinely say I am happy I chose this travel agency.

Highly recommend this company, particularly Faisal, kept in contact throughout and provided us with what we wanted, very easy from beginning to end, would use again

I’d highly recommend using this company when going for Umrah. Hiba was extremely helpful and patient whenever i had any questions and would always provide me with updates on when the hotels, plane tickets and visas were confirmed. The actual service i was given was 5 stars but the reason i gave it 4 was because our tour guides for Mecca and Madinah couldn’t speak English so we had to search up the history behind each landmark, our hotel in Madinah would keep leaking from the floor and the staff couldn’t do anything about it. However, that isn’t an issue with Baitullah travel so I wasn’t upset with them.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, gave the company enough notice to cancel our tickets and the airline and hotels were willing to refund us full amounts as our mother died, moiz kept prolonging this refund and would not provide booking reference the company uses to book these tickets, is now ignoring all our phone calls and still has not sent our money back, we are still grieving the loss of our mother and these people have no shame in doing the right thing

Very good service. Particularly, Mr Yasir, was very helpful, even when we contacted him from abroad on what’s app. Highly recommended.

MashaAllah Mr Habib is a very helpful and professional person thank you a million times.
He sent me my visa picture within minutes.
I will definitely contact Mr Habib for any travel advice or service I need in the future.

Jazak Allah Keir Mr Habib

We booked the umrah package on short time and Sonia booked this for us and it was a pleasant journey all the way to Makkah than medina, we didn't have any issues whatsoever, transport was arranged from airport to hotel and then from makkah to medina and to airport.
Sonia was in touch all the way and been in contact until we got on the plane back home.
Definitely 5+ star rating for Sonia.
I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Booking with Baitullah Travel has been the smoothest experience. I can’t write this review without mentioning Faisal and his commitment to cater to his clients needs and wants. He ensures his clients are fully satisfied and will go above and beyond to get the best quote for us. He has brilliant knowledge of the hotels/ locations and what they have to offer. An efficient service and available all day to straighten out any hesitations. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
