Very happy with the purchase sorry for the bad review thanks again

I have had a watch strap for less than two months which broke over a week over. I’ve emailed twice to the email address posted on other reviews with no reply or even acknowledgement. I have tried contacting via social media which just says to email. Not impressed and now had to pay another company for a new strap. Wouldn’t recommend or be back to use again.

Responding to the reply from the company. I’ve not had any email or sign of a refund so not sure where the email has gone.

I have ordered a few straps now for my Apple watch and I particularly like the nylon sports straps. They are great quality and comfortable to wear. In my latest order I was sent the wrong strap by mistake, I emailed and Gary was quick to reply and his responses were very helpful. He has issued me the correct strap free of charge. Would highly recommend for quality of product and great customer service.

I have a number bands from other suppliers none of which compare to the quality of Baker bands. If and when I change my Apple Watch I will not hesitate to buy my bands from Baker.

I ordered a magnetic band thats made for all sizes. The colour and material is beautiful. Its way too long snd goes too far around my wrist to hold the face in place. I emailed the company, got a quick and friendly response and a refund was issued. Thank you for good customer care.

Ordered two bands which seem very good. Did not realise they need a link removal tool for one of the bands.

Very good customer service,.I ordered the wrong size , sent an email explaining and they sent me out the correct size free of charge and quickly.

I ordered a watch strap for my Apple Watch from Bakers Bands Ltd, they had lots of straps to choose from at very affordable prices, it was really easy to order and the strap was shipped quickly!
Unfortunately the strap split on the second time that I put it on my watch.
I emailed the company and Gary emailed me to apologise and offered me a replacement strap free of charge, I decided to try a different strap which was double the price, so I offered to pay the difference, but Gary insisted that there would be no charge, the new strap is on the way, amazing customer service!!
I’ll definitely be treating myself to more straps from Bakers Bands Ltd and recommending them to all my family and friends!

I would highly recommend Baker Bands Limited. Gary emailed me back promptly regarding the wrong colour strap I ordered. He sent me a replacement within two days and told me to keep the first strap ordered. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Customer service has been exceptional. I have had a few bands from Bakers Bands in the past and always been happy with the quality. One was faulty this week, however Gary was quick to resolve and send out a replacement immediately.
