I had a slight problem with one of the straps I purchased, a fault in the manufacturing. But it was all sorted out promptly and professionally. Brilliant service.

I have a few watch straps from Bakers Bands, I ordered a product that didn’t suit me, sent a message to explain why I wanted to return it and they couldn’t have been more helpful, the customer service is exceptional, I cannot rate them highly enough and strongly recommend them.

Previously purchased a band from Amazon but couldn’t attach it to the Apple Watch at one side, despite supposedly being compatible. The strap from Bakers Bands was more expensive, but it slid into place perfectly. So impressed with the quality I have just ordered another in a different style.

I have had 3 straps from here. Last one had an issue and Bakersbands sent a replacement very quickly. All 3 straps are very good. Excellent company to deal with who supply quality goods.

Quality is horrific! One week with the Milanese loop and it broke, was sent a second and 1 week of wearing and it’s broken again! Really disappointing as other bands are decent

I emailed Bakers Bands telling them that I had bought a watch strap last year (2025), and the band on the strap had fallen off and that I really expected it to last longer than that, as I don't have an active lifestyle. By Monday, I got an email telling me that another identical strap was on its way. The strap arrived and is ideal.

I was delighted by this. Good service, quietly and effectively done and done quickly. The mark of a quality organisation.

This is my second watch strap from Bakers Bands, not because there was anything wrong with my first one. I bought the 2nd one just to give me a choice as I was very impressed with my first strap (both are leather) and suit my Apple watch perfectly.

Good enough for use daily

In the picture the white strap looked more vibrant, so the coloured speckles really popped. However when I got it the strap is more grey. If I could I’d do something to lighten the grey, but I have no idea where I’d start. The product is good quality, it’s just a disappointment that the white is so dull. The delivery was quick and the price was very reasonable

Strap arrived but no instructions and no link for online. On the positive they added a replacement awl to replace the one supplied and I needed it as the one supplied was bent. I hope the replaced pins in the strap stay secure altering altering the links

I bought the alpine loop band as thought it looked great and also exactly what I needed. A band that could easily be adjusted. At £25 it’s not cheap but the reviews were good. I am now on my second band in under two months and the glue that keeps the hook in place has given up again. I use the band for swimming as nowhere in the website does it say the band is not water proof, it is also exposed to hot and cold temperatures. The only reason I have given this 2 stars is the customer service is good as they instantly sent me a new one the first time this went wrong. In my opinion they have a serious design flaw with this alpine band and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who intends to use it daily for activity as it will most likely fall apart.

Bought a watch case with a glass screen for £6.99, took 2 weeks to arrive, I emailed to see were the order was no reply, when the case arrived and I put it on my watch there’s a big gap between the glass and watch so you can’t use the touch screen, asked for a refund but they don’t do free returns so it would cost £4.99 to post back and bakers bands also say you can’t get a refund if you’ve used it, which obviously I had to to see if it worked so I’m not risking sending it back to lose even more money, ended up buying a watch case with a glass screen that worked on Amazon for £9.99 which fitted perfectly and it came with two cases

I ordered a Nylon band that was delivered promptly however it was slightly faulty and wasn’t staying in place.
I messaged Bakers Bands describing the issue and within a day I received a replacement band!
Fabulous service, thank you for such a quick reaction.

I can’t understand why you are wanting a review before I even receive my product

Ordered a watch strap online and received confirmation of the order. Didn't receive it so after 12 days I emailed Bakers Bands to ask why. Got a curt reply asking for my home address, which they already had. I forwarded that but didn't get a reply back - no explanation or apology. Eventually got what I'd ordered and paid for. But if I hadn't chased them I have received nothing. Won't ever use them again.

Ordered a selection of iwatch straps. They were delivered within a couple of days and were as per description. Nice to have a choice of colours

Pretty straight forward in the order process. Received fairly promptly. Happy with the quality of the watch strap I ordered at a reasonable price.
