First 3rd party company I’ve found that equal the fruit in terms of quality. Packaging could be nicer but product is very good.

Very pleased with my purchase the textile watch strap feels good quality would definitely use this company again.

I ordered this metal watch strap and, although it didn’t arrive within the stated delivery window, it appears the delay was down to Royal Mail rather than the seller. The strap itself seems good quality and looks as expected. However, it didn’t come with any instructions on how to adjust the links, which made fitting it more difficult than it needed to be. Overall, a decent product but could be improved with clearer guidance for customers.

I looked at several stores including Apple stores to find a different strap for my watch . Baker bands provided lots of variety with great details about sizing and at preferable prices . The quality is excellent and postage was great and timely . Would highly recommend.

I wasn't expecting the band to be as good as it is. I'm delighted with mine and have ordered some more.

In short
- Ordered two straps middle of December 2025 (order number available if needed)
- Address issues allegedly, but they didn't answer telephone calls or emails (proof available)
- Eventually updated delivery address Early January
- Updated "Shop" App tracking to show new order date of Mid January (which is inaccurate) item marked as free (but no money returned) and item still not delivered (now we're at end of January)

I was looking for a replacement strap for my apple watch as the silicone one was irritating my skin. This company was one that kept coming up. The new strap is beautiful and just what I was looking for and reasonably priced too.

The colour of the strap ordered was not as described/expected. I requested a return which was accepted quickly.
I have returned the item (at my postal cost) but not received a refund.
I have emailed the company twice and no response.

Ordered almost two weeks ago now, no sign or emails to suggest it’s on it’s way, I’ve emailed the company for an update however no response

If you have a problem you can email the company and you get a fast reply. I shall be buying again.

Great customer service. Replaced a faulty band without any quibbles

I was mistakenly sent the wrong type of band and, without hesitation, the owner sent a new one out free of charge and offered to let me keep the old one. Incredible customer service. Would definitely use again.

The strap is far too long and pretty much wraps around my wrist to where the clasp is on the knuckle of my wrist, very uncomfortable and also slips as where it sits isn’t flat. Do you guys have a shorter strap band or and alternative of moving the clasp that can shorten the band?

The product arrived quickly and was well packaged but the strap was fitted the wrong way round and so didn’t attach properly around the wrist. I had to send it back. The returns process has been quick though.
