Other part was not available and o only knew a day before the delivery and there was no option for substitute and a refund issued

What a gem of a store. My son wants Sucuk for his Christmas meal and I found Bakkali had just what i needed. Prices are very good. Ordering was easy and i was given choices of delivery days. I chose Christmas eve. The order arrived in excellent packaging including ice to keep the refrigerated items chilled. I was emailed throughout the process including tracking.
