Incredible Wigs!
Steph has been amazing throughout this whole process. Having someone genuine and so lovely to talk to and understand has made the process of buying a wig so much easier and that little bit less scary! The wig is honestly insane and I wouldn’t want to get one from anywhere else moving forward. The quality is incredible. The hair is so soft and even my mum said it smells so good too 😂
My biggest worry was the wig looking like a wig but with a Baldylox piece that isn’t the case. The hair line is so natural and all my friends and family have said how it looks like it could be my own hair!
I couldn’t recommend these amazing wigs enough. Definitely worth every penny!

Such a beautiful piece! I’ve been wearing wigs for a few years now and have tried synthetic, low-price human hair, high-price human hair, etc. and have to say this unit is the best I’ve had so far! The hairline is undetectable, and the hair is so soft. I live in the US and purchased a custom piece in October. It did take the full 16 weeks (absolutely worth the wait!), so take that into consideration when planning your order. I will absolutely order from Steph again.

Hi..I recently received my first wig...I like it but it still looks unnatural on me...it doesn't let me do a side part..it fights me and wants to go back to the middle...not sure what to do about all that...I wish u guys sold toppers...what I really need is a natural looking topper...I've spent a lot of money on different ones and they all look so unnatural...it's frustrating...but thank you for all your help..

It seems like it could be the way you are applying the wig because you are used to wearing toppers. If the lace is left uncut, I can also offer you a full refund. Regarding the parting, this can be styled once water has been applied and blow dried or left to air dry in that position.

I unfortunately have lost my hair…
I unfortunately have lost my hair recently for the second time due to a breast cancer recurrence. I hated wearing wigs the first time as they all looked like a wig! I discovered Baldy Lox by chance and waited for the ready to ship release. My wig came today, unfortunately whilst in hospital. My daughter bought it to the hospital for me and I cried. It is like no other wig I have had before and I have tried a few!!!! I adore it so much and felt like me again when I tried it on. I can’t wait for the next ready to ship as I will be ordering more and are too impatient to wait for a custom order! Thank you so much Steph for your dedication to making wigs feel so light, and looking so real. When I had nothing to get excited about you really have made my day!!

Best hair I’ve ever had!!
First of all, I want to thank baldy Lox for one of the most beautiful hair pieces I’ve ever had!! Not only does it look beautiful. It smells beautiful. It was packaged beautifully and is so realistic looking and came quite quickly for being custom-made. I also think that the price was very good because I’ve paid the same amount for other hairpieces that were not quite as nice. I love my whole experience I’ve had with Baldy lox!!

Slow service but worth the wait…
This is an update on my boldyloxboutique experience. I have just received the product, it was a long wait, but after opening and trying on the wig, I was gobsmacked. I guess the waiting time was worth it especially when seeing/feeling the quality of the wig. The hair is like butter, the stitching is excellent and it feels very very comfortable when I wore it. I almost didn't recognise myself with this amount of hair. I had ordered a custom wig, and pretty much received what I ordered. There are lots of wigs out there that claim to be worth the money you pay and I have been disappointed on numerous occasions but definitely not with this wig. I am in love and I look forward to styling her. Thank you Steph for your patience with me and sorry if I offended you in my previous review. I take it all back after receiving an excellent wig from a hard working dedicated team.

Happy with purchase, not so happy with communication
Wig is beautifully made, a little on the large side despite double checking my measurements, but beautiful nonetheless. It took longer than expected to arrive and it does take a while to get a response to emails-around 10 days in my experience. I have emailed since receiving my order (10 days ago) with concerns over how light the parting was in comparison to my skin tone and this is due to the bleached knots, but they’re bleached too light in my opinion, I’m yet to hear back. I think it would be a great idea for the custom made wigs to add an option for skin tone when ordering as I’m quite fair and the parting is too light for me, so would be very obvious if you had an olive complexion or darker skin.

You are correct, our response time has not been as quick as we like. Unfortunately, at the time of our conversations, we were experiencing a very high volume of interest and orders to work through. Of course, we emailed you and apologised for the inconvenience caused and because we are a very small team, we have placed a better infrastructure to improve our communication to avoid delays such as this in the near future.
I saw your email regarding your concern with the parting on Thursday October 5th 2023. We responded to you on Monday 9th of October 2023 explaining the process and how we can help you correct the issue. We have still yet to receive a response. It is very possible the email went to your junk, hence why you mentioned you emailed 10 days ago and received no response. We would be more than happy to screenshot our response and email this again to you.
Ultimately, your happiness is our priority and we will always work with all our customers even after receiving their wig.

Amazing wigs
