I am so sorry the Lace Front Thin Walker Tape is not working for you. Because they are so very thin, they can be tricky to apply but once you get the hang of it I hope you will have a better experience with them. A good option is the strong hold version they have. The tape is much thicker and easier to apply. If this is an interest, please feel free to email and I can send you some links. I also see that we actually live very close (20 min car journey away) I'm more than happy to help and assist you with the tape in person.

Amazing product, packaging and shipping
The purchase arrived super quick! The wig was made of great quality products. It was super soft and smelled amazing. It was ready to wear, minus cutting the lace. The lace was soft, well made and constructed perfectly. The packaging and all items received within was perfect.

I am actually very shocked and incredibly disappointed this was an unexpected expense in order for you to receive your parcel. I understand custom charges differ depending on the recipients country however, this is a lot of money and I will certainly be in touch with the courier and challenge why this was so extortionate! I am undoubtedly baffled and will be seeking reasons as a matter of urgency.

BLB premium cap..worth it.
BLB. Quality products and excellent service. The wig cap is thin, lightweight and well thought out and made. It is soft and will hide hold a fair amount of hair for those that have that much to put up to wear a wig. Soo much better that the cheap and disposable wig cap.

It is true, when you find THE ONE, you keep it. Well I have found 4 that qualify for the THE ONE with BaldyLox Boutique. From the quality of hair, packaging and that hairline, Baldylox has become my go to helper hair. Hair loss is devastating for any woman, and men too. Steph has given me my confidence back. The wig came on time and the quality is out of this world. The wig feets perfectly, the colour, length and style is exactly they way I wanted.

Best Wig Brand EVER
The wig has been phenomenal so far. The quality of the hair and craftsmanship is seriously on another level. This is my first luxury wig and it was definitely worth the money. I have worn it in 100 degree Fahrenheit heat and the ventilation makes it like I’m not even really wearing the wig. I’ve had wigs before that are hot and uncomfortable, but that is not the case at all with this one. The shedding has been virtually none, only when washing did one hair come out. I can see this wig lasting for years and years. Stephanie matched the color exactly to my bio hair (back when I had hair), and I can happily say this wig makes me feel more gorgeous than I’ve felt in a long time. Buy the wig, you will not regret it!

BEST WIGS EVER
I have 3 wigs now from Steph and all of them are by far the best wigs I've had in my 20 years of hair loss. Not only are the wigs premium quality but the service is also amazing. There is something extra special about the person selling you a wig really understanding the process of hair loss and knowing how important every aspect of your new wig is!! I recently had one of my older wigs colour corrected and trimmed by her and it's given it a new lease of life. I cannot recommend Steph and her products enough.

I got a ready to ship wig
I got a ready to ship wig. It came in quick and loved the box. Quality and feel of the hair is hands down amazing. Color was exactly what was pictured. Only thing I didn’t like was the ear tabs which I removed. I am not sure if this was due to the size I got (Medium) but they didn’t lay behind my ears. Other than that, I plan on ordering from this company from now on.

I believe you are correct, the size might have just been a little too big on your lovely head! I would definitely advise to go for a small cap for your next purchase. Alternative, please check our cap size chart for future reference here https://baldyloxboutique.com/pages/cap-size because it is very possible you might also be a petite cap.
I always advise everyone to check their cap size first. What you might be with another company may possibly be different with us. For example, many customers who may generally be a medium cap find they are a small cap with us.

The excitement of ready to ship was so…
The excitement of ready to ship was so fun, there were lots of reminders and this time I worked out the time zone difference as I’m in Australia and missed the last release. It was a bit of a shame it was 3am my time but I do completely understand that they are in the UK and can’t really cater for every single person!
Probably the only downside was there was only one cap size of each wig as I got my 3rd choice after having to go through each wigs cap size measurements and only after really having to second guess my head measurements as I wanted my others picks to fit but so glad I did measure, that part is so important! I watched Steph’s video on repeat to make sure I did it properly!
The shipping was so quick!!!! To Aus it was literally in the post a couple of days later and I tracked it excitedly the entire way!!!
The experience was awesome, I also got a discount that was hundreds of dollars for medical hair loss which I have never had before, that is an absolute blessing for my alopecia as I need multiple wigs due to their lifespan.
The wig is amazing! Exactly as described, density is perfect, the fact that the lace goes so far back means you can free part and wear it back!
The colour is on point and with Steph’s video tutorials on Insta, I was able to style her (practice is definitely needed haha) I honestly think that Baldy Lox wigs are superior in their make, their lace and their fit. I can see exactly why I was recommended by so many other alopecians around the world.
