Really good experience, especially with support staff: I was the unlucky one in a million thay got shipped a faulty unit (dead accumulator cells) and they immediately jumped to help me, no questions asked a new unit was en route just a few days later, they were so kind and affirmative that I not once feared I got scammed, incredible support, good shipping, good prices as this is the official manufacturer store, really would recommend buying stations from here as opposed to third party stores. Products are also great, as expected

Baofeng have good radios at a very good price. Any business flow has hiccups. My experience is that Baofeng's support service is diligent in responding quickly to work through such problems with patience and grace to an acceptable solution.

I'd just received some new walkies and an update changed the language to Chinese, with no way for me to change it back (without being able to read Chinese anyway).

She sent me a short video of someone going through the menus and what settings to change in order to get back to English. Easy!!

I purchased the Baofeng handheld Road radio, and half the channels are locked out. Of course these are the channels that I require for my job. Not very practical. Never would’ve purchased if the ad stated that all these channels were locked out.

I’ve been using Baofeng radios for quite a while now, and I can honestly say they are some of the best value-for-money radios on the market.

I purchased a set of UV 5G plus GMRS radios. The radios are great little radios tons of features. I had a little issue with the long antennas and they sent me out two brand new antennas right away. Great customer service and super friendly.

Immediate and perfect service that solved the problem I had. The first answer came within a few minutes and the solution very quickly as well. Five Star!

It is rare these days to have such response to my tracking problem as I had with Baofeng. Olivia took the situation as her own and ran down the package and got the delivery date. I appreciate the professionalism and quality of Baofeng radios.

The radios work great. Customer service was also excellent. Two of the radios I received had defective batteries and they very quickly sent two new radios. Very positive experience all around!

i received an email stating I could get free shipping if I ordered two items. I did that and shipping was still attached, I cancelled the order and wrote to the support team that the offer wasn't true. I received a nice email stating the problem was fixed and I could click on the link and my order would process WITHOUT a shipping charge. I did just that an was happy to purchase the two items as no shipping was attached. This was a great and fast response to my problem.

Amazing customer service.I bought a UV5R I used an incorrect charger with too high voltage on the charging base and fried the charging base. Immediately got onto customer support got back to me within the same day and offered to send me a replacement completely free of charge and no postage. Great service.
