The ladies at Baofeng have been very kind and very honest over the few years that I have purchased their products. On the very rare occasion where there was a shipping mistake, they took immediate action without question, to resolve the issue. I purchased a radio( a K6 model) from Baofeng around april 7 2026.After using it for about3 weeks there was a problem with receiver on certain vhf frequencies.I emailed their support describing the problem,Olivia from Baofeng tech support had me try some options that did not work.They sent me a whole new radio package which i received May 13 2026.The new radio performed perfectly.I would highly recommend this company.

My initial order was placed and processe3d quickly and with ease. Product was received in a timely manner, with the exception of being minus 1 radio. I contacted customer service by email and was promptly replied to, issue was explained and packaging data given to customer service. Within a short time I received information on tracking and after visiting my postal branch, it was verified as the package was lost. Replacement was shipped to me in a timely manner. Köp ej från dom. Snart 3 veckor och inga saker, Adressen dom skickar ut går ej att maila till. Grymt oseriösa.. 260515 Efter sådär 20 mail och inga Walkie talkies, Skulle man skicka ut nya samt kompensera detta, Men istället börjar man fråga om dom kan få 5 stjärnor istället för 1av mig på Trustpilot. Det betyder att dom ej bryr sig om du får dina saker eller ej, Utan bara att dom får bra betyg på Trustpilot. Det betyder att dessa omdömena troligtvis inte är 100% ? Kan säga att dom andra skickades säkert inte heller, Eftersom över 15 dagar gick och inget hände. Det visar sig att dom skickas från Kina, Alltså ej England som dom ger sken av. Nej tack... Otroligt oseriösa. Not serviceminded att all

I currently own four Baofeng radios a UV-25 Plus, a UV-28 Plus, and a recently purchased pair of DM-32UVs and I couldn’t be happier with them. The build quality across Baofeng’s lineup has been outstanding, and I’ve consistently been impressed by how responsive and helpful your customer service team is.
I recently made a small ordering mistake and accidentally purchased a set of UV-32s instead of the DM-32UVs I originally intended to order. When I reached out to customer service, they were incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding, making the entire situation completely stress free.
Baofeng truly stands behind their products and customers. I give their customer service a 10 out of 10!
