After Malcom Driver sold us a "wetroom" and stated it would take between 10 - 14 days to complete.

Work started on 22/04/2025, seven weeks passed and on 07/06/2025 after Bathing Solutions claimed the work was complete to a professional standard, they chased us for the remainder of the balance owed.
We refused to pay anymore after paying Bathing Solutions £8750 as a deposit.

We paid for a RICS with Howard Ward. The RICS confirmed with us that the "wetroom" was not fit for purpose, leaving us as a disabled family with no means to wash or use our toilet needs in a safe way.

We also incurred solicitors fees totaling more than £3000.

Having used the cheapest of materials in our property, and ripped us of substantially. I have incurred many injuries to date due to their lack of professionalism, lack of care towards us as a,disabled family.
My wife has been giving me bed baths daily also providing manual evacuations of my bowels.

AVOID THIS COMPANY WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT. AVOID ALL COMPANIES ASSOCIATED WITH BATHING SOLUTIONS AND MOBILITY BATHING GROUP.

I have left a review on Google Maps with pictures of the state of work carried out by Bathing Solutions and the way that they have left us with no means to wash or toilet in a safe or humane way

The result fully meets both our requirements and the expectations created by the sales team. The fitter was fully competent and pleasant to deal with.
Our only quibble was a week's delay in starting the work and some confusion over communication.

Very quick install, Adam was extremely professional cleaning up after himself everyday he was here. Very pleased with the outcome. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to update there bathroom.

Really happy with our new bathroom. It was fitted by Luke Nelson - he worked very hard and got the job done well and quick. He left our home clean and tidied every evening when he finished. He was very polite and made sure we were happy with everything he was doing. Our new bathroom is fit for purpose and looks nice as well. Would recommend the company from what we experienced.

Great service, Lewis called everyday for any queries if we were happy with the progress and if any questions. Matt was very conscientious, helpful, answered questions, good worker. Would definitely recommend them.

My installer ADAM ROBERTS was excellent way above and beyond your normal workmen. He arrived every day before 9 am working all day without a break never left before 5 pm except on last day when he was finishing it was after 7pm. I am extremely satisfied with my new bathroom and the work carried out by ADAM ROBERTS he deserves a good bonus

Sam our fitter worked very hard to complete the bathroom on time. His workmanship was excellent. He was very friendly and kept us informed throughout the fit. A pleasure to have in the house.

Excellent experience working with Bathing Solutions.
Keko, our installer, did an excellent job and worked into the weekend when days were lost securing parts to adapt from the 70 year old steel pipes in my parents house.
His work was clean and efficient and he was a very nice man to work with.
Ron Marsh, the project manager, was available to assist with any issues and we had daily checks from Viki to ensure everything was progressing well.
All in all, very good experience.

We are so pleased with our new bathroom. From sales to completion we are very impressed. The quality of the fittings are second to none. The plumber( Adam) who did the fitting was very friendly, worked hard and attention to detail was brilliant. He left our home clean and tidy after each day. We have all the.facilities of an accessible bathroom, but it doesn't look like something for the 'elderly'. It's just a beautiful easy to us bathroom. I can't recommend them highly enough. Bathing solutions recently converted our bathroom to a wet room for my wife's convenience.The fitter Constantin who carried out the work was excellent a hard and very consciences worker. When he arrived he said do not worry I will make a wet room you will be proud of and he kept his word.We are very pleased with finished wet room.

The gentleman who actually done the whole transformation of my bathroom, was punctual, polite, and so hardworking. From start to finish it only took 3 days, so impressive. And daily telephone calls from the office to make sure all is well.

The work converting my small bathroom into a wet room was carried out within 7 days and I am extremely pleased with the result. John, the fitter doing most of the work, was excellent and a pleasure to have on site.

We had our bathroom changed to a walk in shower room in 2019…. We had problems then, largely put right. However, left with a toilet that isn’t parallel to the wall. However, 2 problems have recently come to light. The seat, originally not safe because screws that were used were too small was “put right” but one new screw was just put in, not screwed in. The large problem however caused a leak. 2 valves to the radiator, under the floor were plastic. On one it said not to be used for central heating. That is the one that split and caused a leak and therefore damage to our kitchen ceiling. We have since replaced them with copper by some-one competent. Please ensure your workmen use the correct equipment in future.
