Communication great but took longer to arrive due to bank holiday. Courier threw box off the van so hoping toilet not cracked as we didn’t fit it yet. But the products are lovely.

Customer service has been great, helpful and pleasant to speak with, products didn't disappoint good quality, however as a company they need to improve delivery services and communications in regards to delivery.

We have recently acquired all the kit from this company and couldn’t be anymore helpful!! Totally professional guys kept me up to speed on any issues ie delivery, out of stock items, etc. The quality is the best !! I live in Scotland and can’t get as good a quality as these guys supplied me !! Top marks on everything!! It all came on a pallet ( witch was a concern but no problems atall it was here next day .. Highly recommend!!!!

Visited the website. Saw what we needed after looking at a couple of options. Good comms. Arrived couple of days later. Well packaged and no carrier damage. Inside box all nicely bagged and packed. All good so far. Will install then add another review.

Customer Service, Jake in particular was excellent. I returned the product as it was no longer required, Jake made the process so easy and was a pleasure to deal with.

Had a minor issue nearly a year after fitting sink waste, this was resolved immediately and without issue by the company (Jake.) Would highly recommend them for hassle free aftercare

We ordered a shower and basin tap in October 2024. Delivery was prompt, but for various reasons I did not fully fit the shower until January 2026. I then discovered a leak and found that the three way valve cartridge on the shower was cracked. I emailed Jake at Bathroompoint. He responded next morning with an apology and organised a replacement cartridge.
I understand that even with good quality control, sometimes such problems slip through. When this happens it is the how the company deals with things that makes all the difference. In this case they sent me a replacement part with no quibble even after 2 years from purchase. Sadly not all companies are so helpful.
