Bathroom Point Reviews

Beautiful tap that is excellent quality. Easy to order and was delighted to be able to select the day I wanted it delivered.

Wow!! Jake is such a nice and kind guy. Really recommend Bathroom Point. Amazing service. I asked so many questions and changed my mind multiple times. Unbelievable and not to mention the extremely competitive pricing.

Good value for money and quick delivery. Excellent communication from the team throughout.
Thank you!

It was a pleasure to browse your website. After placing my order, I noticed I had forgotten some small essential. I called the office, there was no long wait, very friendly, helpful and understandable customer service. Had there been an option for 10 stars, I probably would have gone for that. Delivery came as promised, and taps were packed with much care.

We have used this company several times fir bathroom products.
Always well packaged, shipped promptly and if there is problem sorted very quickly and efficiently.
Will continue to use in the future

Amazing customer service. I don’t always leave reviews but great company to work with can get through on the phone really quickly and everything comes really quick. Happy to help and sort any issues.

Due to health reasons we only managed recently to install the bathroom.
We were very impressed with how it was put together making installation very easy.
We would highly recommend the personal service and very quick delivery!

Very reasonable prices and a great range of products.
Quality is good and their customer service team are incredibly helpful.
I mark this down only because they do not keep in stock important replacement parts for the products they sell.
For months I have been trying to get replacement cartridges for a concealed shower I bought a couple of years ago and they are permanently out of stock.
The upset of having to replace the concealed shower has thus become very costly, having to remove tiles from the walls, purchasing new shower controls and making good afterwards.
Very disappointing.

The products ordered and received were very good quality and exactly as described. Easy to fit, colours as stated. I had to call to order an extra part as I didn't realise it was required until the next day so I called the number on the website. The person I dealt with was friendly and efficient, resolved my issues and tagged the parts to the same order. Have used them a few times now and will continue to do so.

Can’t thank Jake enough for his help and guidance when trying to make the best of an incredibly awkward shaped bathroom.
Once I’d ordered all the items needed, the delivery was fast and the quality of everything was better than I could’ve hoped for (I got literally everything - from the toilet and bath to the toilet roll holder and mirror and it was all amazing). Will definitely be using this website for all future bathroom needs!

Outstanding Customer Service - Many many thanks Jake for your prompt and smart response to replace the bathroom cabinet that had been accidentally damaged. The new replacement arrived next day and has now been installed - it looks great. Thank you for your excellent customer service. It is a joy to have a supplier that problem solves and makes things happen.

Communication great but took longer to arrive due to bank holiday. Courier threw box off the van so hoping toilet not cracked as we didn’t fit it yet. But the products are lovely.

Customer service has been great, helpful and pleasant to speak with, products didn't disappoint good quality, however as a company they need to improve delivery services and communications in regards to delivery.
