I ordered some bathroom items from Bathroom Point online. I needed to ring them with a query. I spoke to a gentleman named Jake. He was a joy to deal with, listened to my query and dealt with it efficiently. He was pleasant and more than helpful. My parcel arrived as stated, well packed. The items I ordered were first class, well made and at a good price. I would recommend this firm to every one who is looking for bathroom items.

Quality Products & Excellent Customer Service
Made my purchase's May 2026, finally my bathroom is completed, purchased most of my wet room products from Bathroom Point ranging from Thermostatic Shower to LED Mirror there was alot to mention all but I would like to say I am really happy with all my products the quality of the products shows in the final look of the room.
Easy to navigate website was able to select my products and purchase with no hassle.
Delivery service was great tracking details contact upon arrival.
During installation of products I did have to contact by phone and once again the customer service was above and beyond very welcoming approach and helpful and answered all questions.

Quality products
Really affordable good quality products and great customer service! One of our items went missing due to the delivery company and Jake sorted it out quickly so it was ready in time for our bathroom fitter. Would use Bathroom Point again.

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the service I received from this company. The communication throughout the delivery process was extremely poor. I was given delivery dates on multiple occasions, but the items failed to arrive on the dates I was promised, and I was often left without any updates or communication regarding the delay.
I had to repeatedly contact the company myself to find out what was happening with my order, rather than being proactively kept informed. This was particularly frustrating as I had arranged workmen around the delivery dates I was given, only for the deliveries not to arrive.
I understand that delays can sometimes happen, but the lack of communication and inaccurate delivery information made the whole experience very stressful and inconvenient. Customers should be kept properly informed if there are any delays or changes to their delivery.
