Part missing; email and phone call ignored
I emailed Bathroom Point on 20 August to inform that part of the product we had ordered on 21 July was missing and asked for it to be sent. I received no reply. I then phoned them on 26 August to chase the same issue. No-one answered. I left a message with the order number, the issue and my details. It is now 29 August and the issue is still not resolved.

Would deffinetly use bathroom point again
Great prices on the website, I phoned before placing an order and all my questions were answered there and then. After placing the order I had a small issue with stock from the supplier to bathroom point at the docks, bathroom point were honest and helped me out with alternative products and offered part delivery for the stuff that was available.
The alternative was an upgraded better option and delivered next day.
All in all happy with my experience and great customer service!

I didn’t receive the same shower as in the pictures. The shower head looks different? The attachment has lots of plastic on when in the photos it has none.
I tried talking to live chat and they said they’d potentially sort it but I’ve heard absolutely nothing with no resolution or discount offered.

We are disappointed to see a second negative review from the same customer regarding this matter.
We have already communicated directly with the customer and made efforts to assist and explain the order. The combination vanity set clearly states within the product description that the toilet pan and cistern are optional extras and are not included as standard.
The customer selected and purchased the cistern but did not select or purchase the toilet pan. The products supplied therefore corresponded with the items actually ordered and paid for.
Despite our attempts to explain and assist with the situation, we have subsequently been informed that negative comments will be posted on social media. We respect every customer's right to leave genuine feedback; however, we also believe that reviews should provide a fair and accurate account of the transaction and the assistance provided.
We have reviewed the matter and remain satisfied that the order was fulfilled correctly in accordance with the customer's selections.
Bathroom items
I ordered some bathroom items from Bathroom Point online. I needed to ring them with a query. I spoke to a gentleman named Jake. He was a joy to deal with, listened to my query and dealt with it efficiently. He was pleasant and more than helpful. My parcel arrived as stated, well packed. The items I ordered were first class, well made and at a good price. I would recommend this firm to every one who is looking for bathroom items.
First class service, thank you.
