Really positive experience, great products and reasonable prices
We realised after ordering that the towel rail we ordered wasn't the right size, so I called and the returns process was really easy. The products received are all really good quality and delivered promptly. Will definitely use this company again.

Order #24370 Product failed completely flooded out my campervan. Sent an email in explaining got a robot reply sending me to a website that doesn't work. Not good enough to be honest. Got a lot of work drying my van out now, in the damp weather.,
Would have been nice for a human to get involved.

Ordered Amy 1100mm Combination Toilet and Sink Unit plus mixer tap (anthracite)
My order was processed promptly and quickly delivered to my home. Very happy with my new downstairs loo furniture, however the sink unit must have been damaged in transit and was cracked. On discovering the damage I reported it to Bathroom Point who responded immediately, confirming a replacement would be quickly sent. Received new sink within 2 days - very happy.
Agreed we would dispose of damaged sink at our local recycling centre and were duly compensated with a £30 voucher- what’s not to like 😊

Good quality products and service
Communication regarding order confirmation and delivery was very good. Two of the items received were defect, however it was swiftly resolved and Jake at Bathroom Point ensured perfect items were delivered within 48 hrs . The products ordered are beautiful and really good quality.

The toilet was leaking water from underneath ,
The toilet seat is sliding all over the place ,the rubber seals are loose , and I cannot tighten anything , and the sink plug hole does not drain water away ,
I used a sink unblocker ,it made no difference , it is the design of the plug hole .

Cant praise this company any more. There was an issue with a mirror I ordered and they were straight on the ball correcting it. I can honestly say that I will be ordering any items needed that they provide from them. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

Awful
Awful. First item arrived damaged beyond repair. Redelivery failed due to lack of communication. Second attempt at delivery failed due to ‘family emergency’ but apparently that’s not ‘bathroom points fault’ so they suggested I cover the cost instead?! Ludicrous and seemingly cowboy outfit. Avoid if you don’t want to be charged £195 for something you never signed up to!
Wow, and in response I’m being harassed by the company and they are trying to intimidate me into taking down my review?! I have read and re-read their emails. It’s very clear what they meant and I will not allow them to force me into removing a poor TRUTHFUL and FACTUAL review. Trustpilot wouldn’t be very trustworthy if they didn’t allow HONEST feedback on their site. No wonder the company has managed to earn so many stars - they clearly have anything else removed 😡

We want to clarify the details surrounding this order. At no point did we attempt to charge you £195. We explained that returning goods after a failed delivery would incur a £65 fee, in line with our returns policy. The figure of £195 referred only to the total delivery costs we had already absorbed while attempting to fulfil your order.
For transparency, our delivery partners always send both a text message and an email notification on the morning of delivery. In this case, you denied receiving any tracking or communication from us or our delivery services, despite these being issued automatically.
The order was cancelled due to repeated disagreements over our policies and unacceptable behaviour towards our staff. So, we cut our losses and refunded you in full. Following this, I believe you chose to leave a negative review.
We understand you are unhappy with our decision, but leaving an inaccurate and untruthful review does not reflect the facts of the situation. We stand by our actions and wish you all the best moving forward.
