Excellent quality of products on offer at very affordable prices.

Beautifully packaged and arrived in a very timely manner. Delivery driver was really friendly and waiting for me to get back home so I didn’t miss my delivery.

Would absolutely recommend and will definitely use again.

Firstly delivery was awful, not BP fault but they choose the courier. No advance notice, it was dumped on a pallet outside my house on the path. My wife had to struggle bringing it in. Bought a set but a key part not included; the waste for the sink. Installed a few weeks later and sink unit has a chip in it 😩

I bought a shower screen from Bathroom Point and unfortunately the couriers managed to shatter it to smithereens (typical!). When I called up to explain, Bathroom Point were so lovely about it (shout out to Jake who I spoke to) and not only did they send out a replacement that day, they also made the courier company collect the broken screen for me. The new shower screen arrived intact and is very lovely, and overall I’m very happy with my experience.

What an excellent customer service! Jake was so patient with me and guided me through the products & even with the cost. The products are of good quality and true to description. Ordered a shower door which I needed fast, they called me and went above and beyond to get it to me ahead of schedule. All during busy pre Xmas rush.

The delivery took several days later than expected, and had to be chased up. I paid more for a product thinking it would arrive on time and was disappointed.

Update:
I have responded to Jake and attached confirmation from the delivery company stating there was a delay in delivering. I chased it up 2 days later as I had heard nothing further, and have now finally received the item. Considering the cost of delivery and the delay, I would have welcomed an apology.

Unfortunately ordered the wrong item, collected quickly and refund issued.

Mirror was lost in transit and I was sent a replacement overnight delighted with my led mirror and the service no hassle well done

Ordered our entire bathroom from here and so impressed with the customer service! Our builder has been incredibly complimentary on the quality of the items as well. Very happy and would definitely use again.

This company is par excellence, I ordered the wrong size shower. And had builders on site the next day. Jake on the phone was so helpful and understanding. He organised an early morning drop of with the new correct sizes. And moreover reimbursed my outstanding balance straight away site unseen. Old fashioned rare genuine top drawer customer service. Beautiful quality items, great price and well packaged for delivery. We had a nightmare with the third party courier but Jake at Bathroom Point went above and beyond to make up for this. Great customer service goes a long way, we would order again and recommend to others.

We looked at tons of shower screens and read the reviews and chose the hinged one as it gave us a little extra length.It came very quickly. The instructions were a bit confusing and we had to have the door folding outwards as it hit the shower going inwards.The rubber seals were extremely difficult to get on and very flimsy.Hence we are getting water leaking under the seal and onto the floor.We have to wipe the water off the edge of the bath with a towel each time we use it.Luckily we haven't put the new floor down yet.

I ordered a shower tray and a shower unit online and their were issues with the delivery but the level of service offered went far beyond the expected. Jake worked hard on finding solutions to get the product to me on time and I hope the company sees what an asset they have in him.
