AVOID the headline low price cost me double
AVOID. I purchased their Go-Pass which promised great value, however they are extremely particular about the steps to take advantage of the pass. As a first time user of their app I seem to have missed a step and hence got charged full price, in effect double the cost. Customer service were sympathetic but in the end useless. I'm being penalised for a small fail on process, CS are hiding behind a refusal from their finance team. I'll be cancelling my subscription.
They could learn a thing or two from their octopus owners CS.

We have reviewed this issue with the customer service team and it seems that after signing up to the subscription you then paid for your charge through contactless - which cannot be connected to your account and therefore didn't apply your subscription. In future, make sure to pay with an RFID card or your Be.EV app in order to use your discounted payments.
We have gotten in touch and have refunded you the difference between the PAYG price and the equivalent price if your Go subscription was used. This payment should be with you in a few working days.

I just find it easier to use as its close to my home, convenience is key for me and starbucks is just the ticket while waiting for car to charge. I use the mini subscription so cheaper than all others I've used.
