AIRE trak tiden ved at bruge en måned på at svare på mails og stille nye krav til dokumentation så mit gavekort ikke længere kunne forlænges.
Det er en måde at arbejde på det spare penge for AIRE, men ikke en god oplevelse for kunden.

Beautiful setting, disappointing treatment experience.

We visited AIRE for an experience. The baths themselves were genuinely great, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the staff was welcoming and professional throughout.

Unfortunately, the massage treatment was extremely disappointing, especially considering the premium pricing and branding.

The body massage felt so minimal and lacking in technique that it honestly made me question the level of training behind it. It simply never felt like a proper massage developed at all. There was very little sense of technique, progression, or meaningful pressure during the treatment.

The experience also advertised a scalp massage, but it lasted only a few seconds, which honestly felt misleading compared to how the treatment is presented.

What makes this frustrating is that everything else feels high-end and carefully designed, so the massage quality stands out even more when it doesn’t match the rest of the experience.

Almost even worse was the customer service afterwards. They did respond initially and explained that the treatment is intended to be gentle and relaxing. That’s completely fair, but I clarified that the issue was not simply softness or pressure preference — it was that the treatment quality and execution did not feel aligned with the expectations created by the experience and price point.

After that, I was told they would get back to me again, but I never heard anything further.

Vi har tidligere været i AIRE København, og det var egentlig en god oplevelse. Nu har jeg imidlertid forsøgt at købe et gavekort, og der møder man til gengæld en horribel dårlig kundeservice. Jeg har skrevet frem og tilbage om at få tilført en gavekode til mit gavekort, men hver gang får man fat i en ny medarbejder, som ikke løser opgaven. Jeg har været i kontakt med dem 5 gange nu, og det er fortsat ikke lykkes.

Avoid this overpriced and unhealthy facility [smells like mold and mildew]. I paid $800+ for my daughter and I to have the "orange signature" massage and ritual bathing. First, they did not use the correct oil and were rushed and did not give us all the procedures listed on their website [such as scalp massage, guasha treatment]. The slimey face mask was left on our faces and we had to wash off ourselves in the shower -- the massage therapists were overbooked and not experienced--we were rushed. We left the facility in chilly weather with wet hair -- the Dyson hair dryers did not work. We never received our add-on healthy juice drink -- $24 each -- during our treatment. We did not have a guided tour of the baths and missed some of the main parts, such as indoor/outdoor pool. After 90 minutes, we had to keep asking for our massage -- very disorganized with a total lack of customer service. The place needed to be cleaned -- it smelled like mold and mildew and their facility has very few bathrooms for number of guests. I tried to convey my frustration at the front desk when we left -- you pre-pay for this place. I had to speak to two persons and the 'manager' promised to respond to me that week -- that communication never happened. She gave me a refund of $174 for the tips paid to massage therapists [$120] and two juices for my daughter and I. I tried to dispute this horrific experiences with Mastercard and you are locked into all of their 'legal verbage' when you pre-book online. I was just trying to have a special day with my daughter and it turned into a nightmare -- DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE -- what I thought would be a very memorable day at a spa turned into a huge stressor -- this is not about money -- this review is left for others to not have the save unfavorable experience.

Som alle de andre skriver så vil jeg ikke anbefale dette sted. De har ingen absolut ingen kundeservice ingen taler dansk de lover når man bestiller at man får hvad man bestiller. Desværre er det hele fup. Jeg forventer at få mine 3300kr tilbage

Leo los comentarios y parece que yo haya estado en otro spa, porque de verdad, fui el sábado pasado y nada más lejos de la realidad. Si que puedo destacar como algo positivo la atención de los trabajadores, porque son realmente amables y atentos y están pendientes de todo lo que necesites. Por lo demás lo destaco como uno de los peores spa a los que he ido, y eso que he pagado el doble de lo que normalmente pago. En los vestuarios muy bien, están muy limpios, hay una persona encargada de entregarte todo lo que necesitas; albornoz, toalla y zapatillas y te explica el funcionamiento de la taquilla. Al entrar un calor sofocante; en sitios así no debes pasar frío, pero tampoco que parezca que estás ya dentro de una sauna...Y lo que más me enfadó es que pagas tanto dinero por estar tranquilo y relajarte, y había una gran aglomeración de gente; nada de silencio, no se respiraba un ambiente que te invitase a la relajación. Gente haciéndose masajes sin ni siquiera una cortina que les diese algo de intimidad, tenías que esperar turno para entrar en cada una de las aguas termales, el agua que se supone era templada estaba caliente y en el resto caben máximo 4 personas y tenías que esperar. En el flotarium no flotas, tienes que hacer la famosa postura del muerto para conseguirlo, como si fuese una piscina normal; en las piscinas saladas flotas sin esfuerzo alguno e incluso cuesta moverse y ponerse recto o de pie. Bonito es, pero solo eso bonito; si quieres intimidad, sentir paz y estar en un ambiente relajado, este no es tu lugar. Por muchísimo menos dinero tienes un spa igual de bonito, y mucho más íntimo....Aunque no sea en plena Barcelona....

After some hesitation (due to price) my boyfriend and I went to the spa in Seville, hoping the price could still be justified by the rooftop terrace views over the cathedral. Turns out the terrace is only for people who book a massage. Zero mention of this on the website and we found out once we were there. That alone felt like a scam and we were very disappointed.

The whole vibe was weirdly controlled from the start. We got separated on arrival and had to wait to be guided to a locker, which already set a weird tone. You're there to relax and instead you're being herded around.

Only three baths, and you have 1.5 hours total. The salt floating bath was actually nice tho, and the music was good. But that's about it.

The relaxation area had soaking wet cushions because you're not allowed to bring towels in. So everyone just drips onto the seats. Also it's basically open to the entrance above it with no wall, so it felt like chilling in a corridor.

Staff were unfriendly!

Not relaxing, not transparent about what's included, and way overpriced for what you actually get.

My daughter and I went to Aire London which was a gift from my son. From the very beginning we were treated like royalty with a warm welcome and personal orientation.
The building is beautiful, calm and serene, smells wonderful and is spotlessly clean. Everything is provided, including really comfortable bootees and high end products to use following the experience.
The staff are always present but not overwhelming at all. A special mention to Ezra who really looked after us and went the extra mile to ensure our afternoon was perfect! Even though it appears there is a time limit to your stay at the spa, we were not hurried at all. We had a lovely leisurely experience.
The massage was awesome, one of the best I have ever had and the bubbly & chocolates were a delicious touch to this fabulous experience. Already thinking of booking my next one!

Aire London-Excellent. Service was second to none, staff were lovely. It is very well thought out and very clean. Superb!

On January 24th, I arrived at SPA Aire in Barcelona 15 minutes early, as indicated on the €130 voucher my wife had gifted me. After check-in, I was literally abandoned: no one gave me any information or attended to me. People who arrived after me were immediately seated, while I was left ignored and neglected.

After 30 unbearable minutes of waiting, without apologies or explanations, I requested a refund. The staff responded with arrogance and rudeness, treating me as if I were the problem. The supervisor appeared with a mocking smile and offered “extra time for the massage,” as if that could fix the humiliation and a completely ruined experience.

€130 completely wasted. Rudeness, total disregard for the customer, complete neglect: one of the worst services I have ever experienced. Do not waste your time or money here.”

Massøren var tydeligvis syg og forkølet. Igennem halvanden time nyste han ude i rummet, mens han samtidigt masseret videre. Når han ikke hostede, rømmede han sig mm. En meget ubehagelig oplevelse, samtidigt var massagebriksen hård og ukomfortabel mens rummet var meget kold.

Brilliant unique experience. There is nothing like this anywhere in Canada, never mind Toronto. The attention to detail is of the highest order- from the reception by staff to the design of facilities. My wife and I both had a massage treatment which was first class and set us up for the ancient bath experience. Everything is sparking clean with staff making sure the visitor experience is one to be positively remembered for a long time. There are multiple ancient baths available, my favourites were the salt bath which allows you to float as if you are in the Dead Sea and the very hot pool with accompanying adjacent plunge pool. The outdoor swimming area is a really cool addition to the facility. I loved the sauna and steam rooms- they seem to finish off the ancient baths experience for me. There are high quality fittings throughout and excellent soaps, lotions and balms to pamper yourself with. Complimentary drinks available. I understand it is newly open and would recommend early booking as this place will definitely become a number one attraction in Toronto.

I booked a couple’s massage at AIRE Spa with my partner and asked in advance if we could both be massaged by female massage therapists. This request was based on a previous visit, where I was massaged by a man while my partner was massaged by a woman, which I personally found very uncomfortable and awkward.

When we arrived this time and repeated our request for two female massage therapists, we were met with a very dismissive and almost scolding response. It was clear that this is something they often “have problems with” and usually refuse.

For me, having a male massage therapist touching and massaging my body is a clear personal boundary and can feel invasive. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for a female massage therapist, and I find it surprising that this preference isn’t handled with more understanding and respect.

On top of this, the overall level of service was unusually poor. The communication felt unprofessional, and instead of making guests feel welcome and comfortable, the experience felt tense and dismissive.

If many guests request female massage therapists, this is something the spa should take into account – either by hiring more women or by prioritising guests’ comfort and boundaries. Feeling safe, respected, and well-treated should be fundamental in a spa setting.

He sido cliente habitual de este centro durante más de 13 años, prácticamente todas las semanas. Para mí no era solo un lugar al que ir, era mi espacio de desconexión, casi una segunda casa. Tengo un negocio y, durante todo ese tiempo, he recomendado Aire a cientos de clientes, amigos y conocidos, muchos de los cuales se convirtieron en clientes habituales gracias a mi experiencia siempre positiva.

Durante años, como reconocimiento a esa fidelidad y constancia, conté con unas condiciones especiales que nunca pedí, sino que me ofrecieron desde la primera dirección que tuvo el centro y todas las posteriores, hasta llegar a la actual. Siempre lo entendí como una forma lógica y justa de cuidar a un cliente fiel, algo que siempre he valorado especialmente.

Con el cambio de dirección, actualmente encabezada por Aida, todo eso empezó a romperse. Durante meses, las condiciones fueron cambiando constantemente, sin una comunicación clara, generando incomodidad y la sensación evidente de que no interesaba que siguiera yendo. Finalmente, tras más de cinco meses de espera, se me ofrecieron unas nuevas condiciones que nada tenían que ver con el trato recibido durante más de una década. Para mí, fue una gran falta de consideración y respeto hacia una relación tan larga.

Durante el tiempo que seguí asistiendo al centro con la nueva dirección, también pude percibir un malestar generalizado entre muchos trabajadores. Las quejas internas eran habituales y fui testigo de cómo personas con muchos años de experiencia y un trabajo excelente acababan marchándose o siendo despedidas. Esto derivó en una rotación de personal constante, una bajada evidente del compromiso y, en consecuencia, un empeoramiento notable de la experiencia en el centro. Estoy convencido de que cualquier cliente que haya acudido varias veces lo habrá notado.

No he vuelto al centro desde hace casi tres años, y es una decisión que me dolió tomar.

Aun así, quiero que esta reseña sirva sobre todo para agradecer profundamente a todas las personas que hicieron que mi experiencia durante esos 13 años fuera extraordinaria. Recepción, terapeutas, enlaces, mantenimiento, vestuarios, administración y antiguas direcciones del centro. Absolutamente todos, que han sido cientos. Siempre me hicieron sentir bienvenido, cuidado y como en casa. Su profesionalidad, cercanía y calidad humana fueron impecables y son, sin duda, el verdadero valor de Aire.

Esta reseña no borra todo lo bueno vivido, que fue muchísimo. Pero sí deja constancia de que, a veces, las decisiones de gestión pueden hacer que se pierdan clientes fieles que han defendido una marca con orgullo durante años. Ojalá sirva para reflexionar sobre cómo se cuida —o no— a quienes han estado ahí desde el principio.

Gracias de corazón a todas las personas que me acompañaron durante esos 13 años.

One staff member seems to think there is a no talking policy (I mean strict no talking, not quiet voices to not disturb others). As a result, my friend and I were being watched by this staff member and ‘told off’ even if people in other baths were actually chatting. While funny in retrospect, we left early as it was getting quite uncomfortable and the reverse of a relaxing experience.

Hago una reserva 48 horas antes para hacer uso de una caja regalo, baños y masaje, el día reservado llega y ME SIENTO INDISPUESTA. Llamo al hotel y baños dejando 7 llamadas sin respuesta para un cambio de fecha, cuando llega la hora, a las 13 horas, me llaman ellos para decirme que SI NO TENGO JUSTIFICANTE MÉDICO PIERDO LA EXPERIENCIA

Jeg har været i spaen 2 gange. Begge gange har været skønt og jeg fik lidt ekstra tid. Dejligt og lækre bade. Vandet larmer en del men sådan er det jo. Tip er at få ørene under vandet så mindskes støjen.
De fleste medarbejdere taler engelsk. Det er for mig fint. Men de snakker ekstremt hurtigt som om det er rulletekster de læser op af eller bare rent rutine sætninger. Det ville være dejligt at de gav sig tid til at snakke langsomt og mere forståeligt. Jeg måtte flere gange spørge ‘hvad siger du’ eller ‘jeg forstår ikke’. Både inde i omklædningsrummet og ude i spaen. Havde jeg ikke haft været der før, var jeg ikke sikker på at jeg havde forstået en hat af hvad jeg fik fortalt 🤣

Min mor og jeg besøgte spaen og havde bestilt massage en fredag morgen. Da vi ankom, sad vi i vores våde badetøj og ventede, mens højlydte håndværkere arbejdede i nærheden – hvilket på ingen måde var afslappende.

Efter massagen ville vi i det varme bassin, men det var så overfyldt af gæster, at vi valgte det fra, da vi ellers ville føle os som sild i en tønde. Derudover var der generelt meget støj, og personalet gjorde intet for at dæmpe det.

Alt i alt føler jeg, at jeg spildte mine penge. Jeg henvendte mig til personalet, som bad mig sende en mail. Det gjorde jeg, men svaret var blot, at der plejer at være mange mennesker om fredagen.

Desværre dårlig kundeservice. Med den prissætning forventer man mere. Ville anbefale et af de mange andre spa muligheder i københavn
