Really lovely products, easy to order with friendly customer service. I used the standard delivery service and it arrived 48 hours later. It beautifully wrapped and the item was just what I wanted!

Had my first order with them, quick delivery - kept a lovely green cord dress and returned a jumper that didn't fit me - was easy returns. Will be back as spotted lots of tempted things in your catalogue.

Beautiful stuff. Have ordered lots over the past couple of seasons for myself and my husband and it's always a treat to receive everything. Beautifully packaged and a real personal touch with service.

I recently ordered a number of items from Beaufort & Blake and they arrived very quickly in lovely packaging.
I was very happy with the items I bought and the quality was impressive and the fit was true to size.
I changed my mind about one of the pieces and rang customer services the next day who dealt with the return quickly and very efficiently, refunding me soon after.
I’ve shopped with B&B for a number of years and only ever had a 5* experience. Thank you B&B !

Bought a size higher than my usual as I like a lose fit in casual clothing. Would highly recommend and buy again from this brand. Good service and 15% sign up discount bonus! Nice.

Ordered a cord shirt from Beaufort and Blake and very happy with the quality, great fit and colour. It looks great! I will order again!

Ordered a sweater and it was so poorly made it brought me out in a terrible rash, contacted the company and returned the sweater, still waiting for a refund or at least an answer to my email I think I am going to have to try and raise a case with Royal MAIL
I did eventually hear from the company and I received a full refund and apology thank you

Very unhappy with Beaufort and Blake customer service. I emailed them asking how I could use a discount voucher to make an online purchase. They replied saying I couldn’t use it but omitted to say that they were offering 20% off everything a couple of hours later. They will not now give a discount refund on my order .
This is misleading information and an unprofessional service.

Did a 1st order customer discount today of 15% off the full price (only two items discounted so it was not 15% off the order anyway as the third item was slightly reduced already and so no discount was applied)….so like 11% off was the real discount but I went ahead anyway and within four hours they did a Black Friday discount of the same goods for a price lower than my 1st order but discounted on all items …..the idea of a first order discount is to create brand loyalty and get to experience the service….well I feel like a mug trusting B&B….last order with this company.

The overwhelming feedback here on B&B is poor customer service, and a general lack of communication.
I concur.
Add to that a rather disingenuous approach to product description; ‘cashmere’ shirts that are actually 95% cotton, ‘cashmere’ sweaters that are actually 70% wool, and I think they have a problem.
Consumer trust has to be earned and maintained and in an increasingly competitive market B&B would do well to correct these fundamental flaws asap. A company set up by two young entrepreneurs may be forgiven to a point, but when one sees ex Joules and Crew Clothing Directors joining the fold, we should be getting a far, far better service - ignore customers feedback at your peril B&B!

In my experience Beaufort & Blake is a fantastic company with impeccable service! Very surprised with a couple of the reviews here. More than likely not following processes or washing instructions. I was incredibly pleased with my shaggy jumper and look forward to purchasing again.

Absolutely delighted. I just opened the parcel containing 2 shirts from this company and couldn't be happier. The fit is perfect. The style is completely on point and the colours are superb. Genuinely delighted with my order and will be shopping more with Beaufort and Blake .... so pleased after being so disappointed by other shirt manufacturers.

Returned an item for a refund on 1st August- no notification that they have received it and no refund either. (£80 approx). No one is manning the phones - just an answer phone-email sent with automated reply and still waiting to hear .

Awful customer service - cancelled the order because of a phone number discrepancy. Which in itself makes no sense - Was told to wait for a refund and re-order by which time they had sold out of my size - have ignored all communications since.

I contacted Beaufort & Blake customer service about the extent to which my shirts from them were shrinking in the wash despite washing them on 30c and low spin, and attached photos to show them, and even offered to send them the shirts that were shrinking. They just responded saying that they had 'each one of our items have been personally washed and checked' and that there was nothing they could do to help. So I have just spent £80 on each of their shirts, and within a month, they have shrunk so they no longer fit and customer service don't do anything to help.

Zero customer service, emails, telephone calls, messages not answered. As others have aired, shirt developed holes after very few wears. Not great on any level for £75. So much time sending marketing emails but not customer service.
Another customer lost, l guess they’re not worried.
