My Christmas B&B socks developed a hole in them, which I duly took a photo of and sent to B&B. After various helpful emails, they have sent me a brand new pair of socks the very same day. I call that outstanding service, well done Beaufort & Blake!

Update - was invited by email to give a review on my purchase of cord shirt- ( I was not happy with it as buttonholes were very badly finished off). - I sent a review with photos and guess what ??? It’s not on website 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

The quality of my new jumper is exceptional. I needed assistance with ordering and the charming customer service helped me order on the phone. I will be ordering more clothes in the new year.

Two months ago I hadn’t heard of Beaufort & Blake but, thanks to a strong, measured social media presence I am now a big fan. Their marketing strategy is perfect and the quality of the garments speaks for itself. There is a feeling of heritage & sustainability with these garments but they are also deeply rooted in great design and attention to detail. Customer service is quick and efficient. I have ordered two items and they arrive beautifully packaged in white tissue with no plastic - a breath of fresh air in the outdoor clothing sector. No brash logos - only quality details. I will certainly be a repeat customer!

Initially, the parcel was not delivered to our address. We were out and it was left in a public space in our building which we did not give permission for as it is not secure. Unsurprisingly the parcel was not there when we returned home. Beaufort and Blake initially refused to either refund, resend or provide any help or resolution, they simply said to take it up with Royal Mail.
B&B are contractually obliged to deliver to our home address as given in our order, which they did not do, and we did not give permission for it to be left anywhere else if we were not in. My wife called back the next day and quoted the legal position on deliveries from the Citizens Advice website (which confirms that permission must be given by the buyer to leave the parcel in any alternative location), after which B&B did recant and agreed to resend our order.
We have now received the order

I received a catalogue from them but I have no idea how they got my name and address because I never made a purchase.

I just received my order of a Fair Isle Vest, and it's amazing. Quality is excellent, fit is true to size, and I will be back for more of their products. Their Customer Service is excellent, and in my opinion they really care, which makes a real difference.

Outstanding experience all down to Petra and the customer service team.
Really frustratingly Royal Mail didn’t deliver/parcel was lost. Petra investigated and then re-issued my order so promptly. I’m so grateful and the owner of some super new clothes now too!

They were so fast in replying to my query. A great British company who sell probably the most comfortable cotton boxer shorts. They wash well and are excellent value as my 6 year old ones still feel like new. Best part is their customer service, they try hard to please even if you have a tiny order.

This company has an extremely harsh returns policy. Do not expect your money back!

Firstly a clear and easy to navigate website packed with product information. A great video of the model wearing (and accessorising) the brand. Easy to order and promptly delivery (great packaging).
I bought the white Sway jeans and I’m absolutely delighted with them. They are well crafted and finished and they fit beautifully.
I am very impressed with the quality of my B&B jeans and I will definitely purchase from B&B again 👍

Bought a shirt in August. Wore it a couple of times, washed it once according to instructions and when I went to iron it noticed that both cuffs had frayed away from the main shirt. Contacted them with photos and the shirt in question was no longer available for exchange. Was offered a full refund if I returned the shirt to them or a £20 credit note and I could keep said faulty shirt. I asked for £30 credit note so I could purchase another shirt instead and they refused saying they’d lose money! Laughable when you can’t buy a shirt for less than £75! They spend huge amounts of money on influencers yet can’t give proper, old fashioned customer service! Especially when I would have potentially spent £100’s with them. Lost customer here and will not be recommending them to anyone. I see others have had similar experiences too so not just me!

Love the clothes but also recently had a really positive customer service experience. There was a slight fault in something I’d ordered, Petra in the customer service team was quick to respond with very helpful options and advice in order to put things right. I was really impressed and I think it exemplifies a quality brand.

This is an excellent company! Great clothing, great customer service and speedy delivery. What’s not to like?!

My original order was delivered quickly and was beautifully packed. Their clothing is first rate. When I had a query, customer service replied straightaway with a helpful solution, which has been happily met. The prices in their Sale are amazing
