We kindly ask you to allow twelve working days for us to receive your parcel back at our warehouse and process your return which has been upheld. The Tracked 48 Return delivers the parcels to the Royal Mail Mailing Centre closest to our warehouse and it is taking Royal Mail approximately a week to deliver these parcels from this date which slows the process down, I do apologise. I would never use this company again.
After 2 hand washes the cuff of my shirt frayed. After contacting the company they said it was my washing not a problem with the shirts construction. They did give a refund but I would NOT recommend this company. I have also been waiting since the 21st June to an answer to my complaint.

Excellent customer service.
I buy pretty frequently from B&B for myself and my husband. Classy, quality, good value clothing. For the first time in many years I had an issue - after only a couple of wears/washes - with a pair of shorts. But this was resolved in a speedy, professional yet friendly manner. Thank you B&B!

The promotions are misleading
Seem like a good brand however their promotions are misleading.
They offer 15% off first order, but you cannot use it with sale items and minimum spend is £100.
Seems fair, however if you want to buy a shirt (£85) and make it £100 with a smaller item - they put all the items below £20 on sale so you're forced to add something more expensive in order to get a discount. It's very disappointing....

If there was zero star it would be it. I returned three items out of four straight away repackaged as they did not fit. Packaged back upon receipt and returned to ensure no delay. After longer period than returned queries stated on website - they are saying no refund as it smells of herbs. My local postoffice is a spar shop maybe thats it? because it is entirely unfathomable and bizarre excuse not to return me my money.Issues like this can really put customers off trusting online shops.

The warehouse had stated that the three items returned to us smelt very strongly of herbs and were not resalable which was why we initially rejected your return. Phenomenal customer service and great products!
Unfortunately I received the wrong colour of the item I ordered, I notified Beaufort and Blake of the error and the customer service I received was absolutely phenomenal. Natasha was so kind and accommodating and gave me multiple options to resolve my issue. The best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. B&B re-sent me the correct item free of charge and the product is perfect, beautiful quality and value for money. Exactly what I was after. Looking forward to supporting their brand in future.

Lovely and great quality clothes
I’ve ordered multiple items from B&B for myself and for others as presents. The clothing is such great quality, and the jumpers are so soft! The clothes always look amazing on! The items arrive in nice packaging, and super lovely team whenever I’ve contacted them for any queries.
