I placed an order back at the end of December. It included three items and about $115 worth of product. I received one of the three items around December 30. I am still waiting for the other two. I’ve been in contact with heaven Lopez, who said that she would do two day shipping on the two items that were forgotten, and I still have not received them. I’m rolling on three weeks since ordering these products and I still have not been delivered. I also have not received a tracking number for the two items. On January 3 heaven said that my two missing items would have two day FedEx shipping and they still are not here.

Though I had heard good reviews of this company, my first experience with them has been unacceptable. I never received a confirmation for my order, never received my order and have tried reaching out to customer service with no success (via email, chat and phone). This is despite my credit card being charged the day of the order.

NO Refund YET
Per my previous review of Dec. 29, 2022, it is NOW January 13, 2023. ON Jan 6, 2023, Heaven Lopez with BSD agreed to refund money on order placed 12/08/2022.....as of today...NO REFUND. Are they even still in business. And like everyone else, when I call I get the recorded message!!!! WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON !!!!

I ordered 3 products in Dec 21, 22 and have only received 1 so far as of 1/12/23. I have been told 2 times that the balance of my order would ship. It still has not shipped. This is the first time I have had a negative experience. I have ordered many times and gotten excellent service. I have tried to call and no one answers the phone. Only offered to leave a message. I cant get anyone to help me.

No response from customer setvice
I received my order timely. However I had ordered 2 Recovery Serums and only received 1. I have tried calling the customer service # several times, but the voice mail message still says you will be closed Friday December 23rd and Mondag December 26, but will be back to normal hours December 27. I also sent an email to customer service and received no response. I normally have good service but not this time. I am still waiting for a response or call back.

Writing a Review for Products I Never Received
I placed my order on December 6th and it’s now December 27th. Twenty One days later and the status of my order still says “awaiting fulfillment” but yet I got a survey asking how my purchase was? I’d like to actually receive my purchase that I spent over $100 on and was supposed to have shipped 3-5 business days after it was placed, before I get an email to write a review. Sure hope that I get my products soon and that Beauty Store Depot makes this right since I’m guessing it’ll be over a month between the time I placed my order and when I actually get my products (if I ever get them at all).
