Bedroomking Reviews

Purchased my second bed for my new house and brilliant as usual, smooth and very helpful.

A great experience, I’d highly recommend. Amazing beds, very comfortable and soft x

Amazing beds and super fast delivery. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. These guys are amazing.

I recently purchased a king size bed and mattress, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience.

From start to finish, everything was spot on. The ordering process was simple, delivery was smooth, and everything arrived exactly as expected. Setting it up was straightforward, and the quality was immediately noticeable.

The bed itself is sturdy, well-made, and looks fantastic in the room. The mattress is incredibly comfortable — supportive without being too firm — and I’ve been sleeping better ever since.

Overall, I loved everything about this purchase and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high-quality bed and mattress. I will be looking forward to doing business with you again. Thank you!

Took his time to measure everything, kept me updated throughout the process, was fast and efficient but quality remained of a high standard

Great service and product, from initially enquiry to installation.
Competitve prices but more importantly quality products.

I bought two beds, very happy with both. Excellent customer service.

Amazing experience. The company asked me to confirm my purchase along with measurements as I ordered a large headboard which was great. I got text and email updates along the way. Tracking on the day was precise and thorough. Delivery team were polite and helpful. Bed was exactly as advertised on their website. Very heavy and sturdy, good quality item. Looks amazing! I had a cheap bed frame off eBay previously and you can definately see and feel the quality and difference in comparison. I am really happy with my purchase and will be returning in the future if needed.

Service was great, delivered when I needed it ,delivery team was excellent and customer service were accommodating and keen to provide an excellent service
Highly recommend

Brilliant service from start to finish. Can not fault a single thing. Even with queries, really quick responses and super helpful. Most importantly the bed is just beautiful & really comfy mattress. Its like having a hotel bed, in your room! ❤️

5 star reviews for bedroom kingdom as we initially had a slight issue / error on both my side and there side however they were quick to resolve this promptly and made an exception to solving my error.
Can’t fault or thank the company enough, they go above and beyond and their customer service is great.
I would recommend this company to anyone!
Thanks again!

5* all the way. Their customer service was quick and always responded fast. The delivery communication was spot on and very easy. The guys who delivered were super friendly and assembled it all well. Highly rate the quality of the bed too - it's solid, premium, and looks beautiful. All in all absolutely happy with the service. Would highly recommend.

So I purchased my beautiful bed last week and it was delivered yesterday. From start to finish it was seamless, honestly couldn't of asked for better. I had bought a bed from a well known site previously and they were terrible and so I was without a bed BUT it was worth it because this bed is sooooo much better. I went for the jacob wingback, in pink with gold studs. Super easy to assemble, great quality and extremely sturdy. The delivery men were so lovely too. I can't comment on customer service as I haven't had to use them but in my eyes thats a huge WIN! From placing the order i received a confirmation email, then I got an email to give me tracking info and delivery details, the day before delivery i received a message asking me to confirm if I could receive my bed the following day, there was an option to rearrange which I think is fab. But luckily I was able to be home. All in all this has been such a positive experience after such an awful ordeal previously where the other company threatened me for asking to exchange the headboard. Thank you so much for my new bed I love it. Not sure how to add a photo but its stunning.

We had the Beautiful 'Rosie' TV Bed made for our Master Bedroom and this company did not disappoint!
The process of ordering to delivery was seamless. Great Communication, Brilliant delivery men who made up the bed for us & most importantly the Quality & finish of the product is Amazing! Worth every penny spent. I will definitely be ordering again & will be sure to recommend to all!

The nicest and best quality bed we’ve ever had. Looks amazing 😊 Excellent customer service throughout. I would definitely used this company again
