Bang on, originally ordered the wrong frame, messaged their WhatsApp, greeted with a helpful member of staff who quickly assisted me with getting things swapped over rather changed rather than full place a new order and await a refund.

The bed we got is absolutely gorgeous, amazing quality, beautifully crafted - and 100% what I had in mind when ordering - if not better. If I was to rate the bed itself, would definitely be five stars.

Delivery timescales is the only reason I took a star off - which is to do with the courier - however, slightly more communication when delays were happening would’ve been appreciated. I will say now the bed has arrived, it has been worth the wait though.

We paid for express delivery and our bed arrived within just 3 days, which was brilliant. The quality of the bed seems great so far and everything was packaged really well.

The team were also really helpful before we ordered, helping us double check that the bed would fit up our stairs and into our room, which gave us peace of mind.

The customer service has been amazing from start to finish. We got a bit stuck while putting the bed together and they called us straight away and talked us through it over the phone until we got it sorted.

It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and we’ll be back for our guest room beds too. We would definitely recommend. Thank you so much! ☺️🙌🏽

I needed a bed making with high sides for mobility issues, I was able to send my measurements in and this company made and delivered my bed with no problems, 5*communication 5* for pricing5* for the delivery drivers.. i LOVE my bed, thankyou!

I thought at first the bed was a bit pricey but I ordered it and it's has by far been the best bed iv purchased,its soild and heavy from a great company and aslo I received an updated every step of the way aslo the delivery companie that delivery it was aslo great,whould recommend heavly bed

This company I have approached 4 times in the last year. My purchases have been of amazing quality and the deliveries and assembling have been so quick.
I made an order yesterday and made a mistake with the headboard height. I sent an email to adjust the order and customer got back to me within half an hour. The adjustment was made and I received an email confirmation. They did not charge me extra. I feel so blessed and will always buy my beds and ottomans for my family from Heavenly Beds in the future. I definitely recommend this company.

Great communication

I brought a super king ottoman divan bed. The service was excellent, the bed was delivered when convenient for me and they even took it to the room of choice. Lovely, polite and tidy delivery men. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend Heavenly beds.
