Our bed looks amazing! Had continuous contact with heavenly beds from the moment we place our order online. They are extremely thorough with ensuring that there is the correct space for when delivery is made, I’ve never know this with any other bed company. We were extremely surprised when I received a call 1 week later from aftercare to ensure we’re happy with everything, this is brilliant service!
Would 100% recommend heavenly beds, they are amazing, along with the quality of our bed and mattress.

I’ve recently bought 2 beds from these. 1 of the beds had a winged headboard bed so I was a little skeptical of the build quality and hole placements for the bolts etc. Honestly, these beds are extremely well built and every single hole lined up perfectly for the bolt fixings. Both beds are gas lifted solid board ottomans which have a much higher mattress weight limit than usual. Perfect for my simba mattresses which weigh a tonne😬.

I’ve got to say these beds massively exceeded my expectations and what a great price they are too, considering most of their beds are highly customisable! Other websites were similar but not on headboard sizes like these offer.

My advice… if you’re getting an oversized headboard just get it split. Again, I was concerned of its build quality with it being split but no. They provide plenty of fixings and even a support beam to bolt from top to bottom on the centre of the headboard (on the back obviously). Awesome beds👍🏼

great quality bed and great service - would recommend

The bed is beautiful and very comfortable. Mattress is a bit thicker than I thought but still very good. Service from this company was very good from ordering to delivery. The 2 delivery guys Hamraj and Bains were very respectful of my property and assembled the bed efficiently. Two nice guys. The only downside was the delivery was much later than specified.

Excellent quality product, made and delivered swiftly to our specifications. Prior to our order, we received fabric samples to help us with our choice. Great customer service too, including a follow-up courtesy call to make sure we were happy with the product. Would definitely recommend.

The bed is beautiful.

I didn’t have to wait the expected 14 days for it to be made which was great.

Everything arrived very well packaged to protect the contents which I really appreciate as the bed is white.

When I removed the substantial and strong outer packaging I washed my hands before removing the middle layer of packaging which again was very robust, then washed them again before removing the inner packaging so my bed, head and footboards and mattress are still spotlessly white.

I haven’t got the bed lift sorted out yet, but I’m hoping to do that this weekend.

I’d have given 5 stars but the delivery company is part of the purchase experience.

We ordered a Super-King Osaka wingback bedframe with the Ottoman storage option. I previously ordered some samples as I wasn't sure which fabric we wanted to go with, and they arrived super quickly. The actual bedframe was delivered by a 2-person team, who were friendly and efficient, called me around an hour out and then again as they arrived.
The assembly of the bed frame was a bit of a pain, definitely need 2 people and it would be useful if a full instruction manual could be included on which order to assemble things in, but we figured it out without too many issues. We are very happy with the frame itself and the Ottoman function means there is loads of storage underneath. I cannot comment on the mattresses, as we got our one somewhere else.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Heavenlybeds, and would consider it a gain for future bed needs.

Orders a customer round quilted Poofe for my bedroom. The order was completed quickly and the product is of high quality. Also value for money is great as you can get exactly what you want without any unexpected premiums so I managed to get is cheaper than some of the options I was considering on wayfair or amazon

It was nice and simple to purchase online then had a speedy delivery from two friendly gentleman. All parts were there without any issues building. Couple of weeks after my purchase the after sales team called to make sure everything was ok. Excellent service and bed looks beautiful. Highly recommend!

Bed really easy to put together and looks great

The bed was delivered in great condition very well packaged. Delivery time wasn’t long at all and the delivery drivers did a great job keeping me informed of my delivery.

Tried to order divan bed and I show them options for them to help me out with the order as I spoke to someone on their what's app channel, their customer service attitude is terrible, they asked me provide this, that and this so I did and their reply back was “go ahead and go to their competitor is what they said to me” I mean I don’t how they are getting almost good reviews on here, feels a little bit controlled by their own staff with their shocking service pre-already and I can imagine once I get the bed, it will have holes, bad springs in and for this company to take our customers money like it's a scam circus, us buyers are not taken seriously!
