I ordered three beds
I ordered three beds, and from start to finish the customer service was excellent. They also offer free fitting, which was a very helpful extra. The delivery team was great as well very efficient and hardworking. I’m happy I chose this company. I will recommend them to family and friends. So far, the beds look great, and the materials seem to be good quality. I’ll know more after using them, but for now I’m very satisfied.

Fantastic beds from Heavenly beds! We have two beds from this company one in beige and the other brown with draws in the base, they look amazing in both our bedrooms. The quality is fantastic and the ordering process is super easy. Also loved the fact every detail was down to personal preference. Will definitely use them again for any future beds :)

I 100% recommend this company I got my dream bed from here a couple of months ago and I am absolutely in love

Beautifully made bed
Beautifully made bed, it was really easy to assemble and it didnt take long at all. I didnt have to wait long for delivery either. The bed looks stunning. I ordered one with saftey rails as the bed was for my autistic child, this has given me peace of mind and is secure. Cant wait to order again

These delivery guys were amazing
These delivery guys were amazing! I have just moved and accidentally gave the wrong postcode (the right street and house number). The heavenly bed system failed the delivery guys really as this should have been picked up at the admin stage when the postcode didn’t match the address.
But they were so friendly and helpful and not frustrated despite having to go 15 to 20 minutes out of their way. And they had to deliver on a difficult sloping road. Yet everything was done with a smile.
Thank you very much to those two fab guys and my apologies!
Yet to unpack the bed, hoping it’s as great as the delivery guys! :)

Heavenly Beds Customer Care Team is fanstastic. You may be concerned about buying a bed online - Don’t be! They answered all of my questions, down to letting me see the fabric quality and mechanisms on my bed before buying. They respond so quickly. The delivery men were fantastic. The bed is top quality. The hydraulics are perfectly balanced - stiff enough so that the bed doesn’t fall but light enough to not strain you! I couldn’t be happier and would recommend this company a thousand times over! Thank you for your help and support. I love my bed!

Although there was a slight fault with the bed, this was responded to quickly by sending fitters out to rectify the problem providing new parts. The bed is very good quality and robust. We’re really pleased with the bed.

Company Showed Accountability & Remedied the Mistakes Made
My experience started off terribly — the delivery team showed up unannounced at 10 p.m. on two separate occasions, despite my repeated attempts to arrange a proper time. I even had to miss work just to make sure someone was home. The bed itself wasn’t the colour advertised, the headboard was faulty, and the footboard was damaged. To top it off, the dirty packaging left marks on my freshly painted walls.
Customer service during this process wasn’t great, and communication was very poor at first. However, after raising my concerns, the owner personally reached out, offered compensation for the damage, and provided a full refund. They also assured me that measures have been put in place to prevent such communication issues in the future.
While the initial experience was frustrating, I appreciate that the owner took responsibility and made a genuine effort to make things right.
