Purchased 2 beds 4 years ago which have served us well. Both are still looking great with useful otterman storage. Last week we decided we no longer wanted the rhinestone buttons in our headboard and storage box. On the off chance I contacted Heavenly beds to see if they could supply me with grey velvet buttons so I could try and replace… to my amazement Sandy advised me that due to us being loyal customers they would supply and fit/change the buttons. What a service as the turnaround was done within days of contact! Excellent customer from Sandy and a great job by the nice man who came to our house to remove and fit new buttons. Very professional company who go above and beyond to help you which very rare these days. If you want a nice bed and an excellent service these are the guys to go with. We would definitely recommend and use this company again

Received our gorgeous bed today. Very sturdy and great quality. Customer service were great to deal with. We had to have a few delivery date changes due to holidays and work commitments. Customer service were very understanding, helpful and overall pleasant to speak with.

We bought an ottoman bed from heavenly beds in 2023, the bed has been absolutely perfect & we have had no problems, however we wanted to change the footboard to a tv footboard. Heavenly beds were very accommodating, they delivered the footboard and tried to assemble it. However the side panels did not fit correctly, so the manufacturer himself Waheed & a colleague came out & travelled a 2&half hour journey to assemble the bed themselves. There were a couple of problems with delivery, but the guys from heavenly beds themselves were great & we are very happy with our bed.

Absolutely fell in love with this bed from the moment I saw it on the website! So just had to have it! Bed arrived within the time frame given but came without the silver beading on the headboard which caused a minor inconvenience. Contacted their customer service team who were super friendly and helpful and sent someone out almost straight away. 2 guys came out to fix this issue and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided and I’m absolutely in love with my new bed! Quality is amazing! So so happy with my purchase :)

From start to finish, my experience with Heavenlybeds has been nothing short of exceptional. The ordering process was seamless, and I was kept well-informed with updates on delivery options and times. Every query I had was answered quickly and with genuine care.

I ordered the Chelsea Curved Wing Back with diamond buttons and the ottoman gas lift, and I have to say, this bed is truly stunning! The craftsmanship is beautiful, solid, and elegant.

After it arrived, I realised my room decor didn’t quite match the diamond buttons. I reached out to Sandy to ask if I could order matching fabric buttons instead. Without hesitation, she contacted her team, and they kindly agreed to replace the buttons free of charge. This level of customer service is rare and so refreshing to experience.

I am absolutely delighted, not just with my daughter gorgeous new bed, but with the outstanding service from start to finish. Heavenlybeds has won me over completely, and I will definitely be shopping here again.

We have had 2 Ottoman gas lift beds from Heavenly Beds about a year apart.

The 1st bed was spot on. The wood ottoman storage was built with this nice wood inside which is light in colour and wipeable.

The 2nd bed we bought the Ottoman storage has been built with cheaper wood. Its darker in colour and the base is made from cheaper fibre board. The base is not really wipeable.

Its like they have cheaped out on the wood. Having researched there are other companies that are making these beds with the better quality wood for around similar price.

Cant fault the service but obviously the quality in the Ottoman wood box storage beds is no longer there.

Its a shame really as otherwise I would of been a returning customer.

Such a beautiful bed came so quickly and 10/10 customer service because when i didn’t think there where enough slats they sent more out for freee such an amazing company and beautiful furniture

Found heavenly beds by chance. Must say the welcome we received was very friendly and helpful. We ended up buying a bed and mattress and thought the price was very reasonable. Delivered the next day! Would highly recommend for price and service and would definitely use again.

Fantastic company, the bed is amazing quality, communication was great between the company and the delivery team and the bed arrived within a week of placing the order. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

My old Heavenly mattress needed replacing following many many years satisfactory service
I contacted Mo at Heavenly and the whole process was dealt with by text . I was asked to choose my delivery date and at the time previously advised my new Prime mattress was delivered by two lads whose names I didn’t get but who were courteous and efficient in equal measure - I have already recommended to friends and family

The bed we ordered arrived in good time, well packaged for transport.

Sadly, the surface of the divan ottoman is made from at best 5mm hardboard (basically cardboard), with zero reinforcement across the middle. Kneeling on our mattress once assembled immediately broke through the bed, leaving a knee shaped hole.

One of the plastic caps of the screws that hold the headboard to the bed bent and snapped off, and another didn't have a proper thread so couldn't screw in.

Overall, it looks alright, but sadly the quality really isn't great. A bed shouldn't be this fragile. Well made, but from cheaper materials than it should be.

[EDIT] Heavenly Beds has offered to send out a fitter to replace & correct our issues. Once they're got everything sorted I'll be updated this to 5 Stars.

[UPDATE] They sent out a replacement for the broken piece to fix it. The communication around booking this visit was really poor, but it was sorted in the end.

Overall, the quality and communication were not amazing, but they did resolve all our real issues fairly quickly, and we're happy enough with the bed, for the price.
