We received our bed yesterday and assembled today. What a beautiful bed, certainly in line with the high street furniture retailers at half the price. We are delighted - thank you.

Ordered the superking Ivy Winged High Bed Frame with all the optional extras and ottoman box, the build quality is very high! My advise pay for the installation, these beds are not light at all. These beds are built extremely well.

The beds are gorgeous to say the least. I did not expect the headboards to look so regal. My daughters and myself are so happy with the beds.

I have to say the customer service for this company is excellent. Their whatsapp customer care team get back to you promptly and are always willing to help. The delivery men were very helpful and polite. The after service was brilliant and when I asked for a phone call to discuss my order they called me straight away.

All in all a great service great company and great customer service.

Quick and easy

We had been looking for a new bed frame for a good couple of months and went through various suppliers, but landed on Heavenly Beds due to the reviews and reasonable price. We are absolutely in LOVE with our super king bed! It was made to the exact specification that we asked, amazing quality, super easy to assemble, and it is just amazing. Definitely recommend:)

I was delivered a fault bed, they refused to sort it unless i closed my claim with klarna, never got a new bed

the price they charge for the Quality you get is not worth it

I initially posted a 1 star review due to the quality of the winged king sized bed - it is listed as deluxe, but the only deluxe is in the title on the website.

The bed is made of poor quality planks of wood covered with a layer of thin velvet and you can see and feel wood splinters through the material. The backing is a thin paperlike material which will easily rip. It has holes cut into it to fit the screws which is not durable and and wont last length of time. This is then stapled onto the back of the wooden frame which is a rough wood with splinters. The chrome feet are plastic.

The wings are 2 planks of wood covered in velvet and the back is stapled in a squiggly line. There is an unsightly fold at the top and you can put your hand down it and there were some marks on the velvet on the wings.

I messaged customer service and to be fair, they did arrange to collect the bed and have issued a full refund, however this was on the understanding that I removed my negative review. I said I would when the refund was in my bank, which it is now, so have upgraded my review to 3 stars. However since first contact, they have bombarded me with calls, whatsapp and messages to remove the negative review. So the reviews you may see might not tell the true picture.

Its just a shame you cant add photos to the review so you can see the quality.

Please go and see a bed first to ensure you know what you are buying.

Ordered a double ottoman bed and really pleased with it. It arrived quickly within a few days of ordering and was a smooth and easy delivery. We had a question around outing the bed together and received a swift helpful response which resolved our query. Would highly recommend and will buy again from this shop

Bed delivered on time with very helpful and respectful staff who appreciated my cream carpets . Love the bed it looks amazing… had slight issue with footboard however it was replaced promptly…. And customer services we’re easily available.. many thanks
