Helpful all round good service - Staff helpful and pleased with the sofa we chose.
Delivery contractors (Young Lads) weren’t the best however wouldn’t help move old sofa into garage and knocked furniture over getting new sofa into the house.
Had to do this myself with a fellow 63 year old.
It took us 10 minutes.

We recently bought the super king Abella Chesterfield Scroll Sleigh Bed in plush blue velvet and my wife loves the luxury feel of it. The product is great!
Just as important is the second to none customer service that you will receive. This company has absolutely superb customer service. They are good problem solvers and the customer is always put first.. This might be hard to believe but it is true.. They process orders very quickly and deliver at the same pace. Very, very happy!

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough, the customer service is amazing alongside the beds being more than outstanding in quality alongside even faster delivery! From start to finish when ordering I was kept up to date with the order process and delivery times & when my bed arrived I fell in love with it even more! So easy to assemble and the team at heavenly beds were on stand by if I had any questions about assembling!

I ordered a sample colour match and received it really quick. I picked the colour ordered the footstool and delivery was great. I was kept up to date for the whole process. When i arrived i couldnt believe how good the quality was. Would definately order again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HEAVENLY BEDS, they have delivered the wrong sofa and refuse to believe it after several images have been sent. At minimum the images online look absolutely nothing like the real thing. Takes a minimum of 5 calls to get through to them over the phone as well.

They have refunded the cost of the bed and mattress plus a little more for what I've been through.

We are completely and utterly obsessed with this bed! The website was so easy to use and it allowed us to customise our bed perfectly to meet our needs. Delivery was extremely fast and the bed was packaged really well. The quality of the bed fabric is stunning. It looks so luxurious and suits our room perfectly. I love how many options they had for fabrics I really was spoilt for choice.
It was extremely easy to build and came with all the tools we needed. Cannot recommend this brand enough. More than impressed with our order. 10/10.

Best quality And fast service

So pleased with our new bed! Ordered it on Tuesday and was delivered by Saturday. Needed an extra early delivery and everything went so smoothly and arrived on time. Cannot thank you all enough, such a beautiful bed and easy to put together and great service from ordering to receiving it. Communication was great Thankyou.Definitely recomand
