I was updated regularly with the delivery team, my bed arrived on time and they were super helpful. The bed itself it’s so beautiful. Its such good quality and everything works perfectly. I managed to put it all together by myself and it was so easy. Can’t fault them in any way!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The worst company ever. First of all we ordered 3 beds from them and 2 were incorrect. The size was wrong and also the other one, the wrong material was sent. They said they would give a replacement on that following Saturday 6-8am. I waited all day for this to arrive and nothing came. On Monday I contacted them again about the delivery and they said they will delivery on Thursday with no reasoning or anything. On Thursday their delivery people arrived and let’s just say they have scraped and ruined my brand new stairs. Spoke to the company and they said that apparently the delivery people have said the stairs were damaged. The stairs were installed 2 days before so couldn’t have been damaged and I saw them with my own eyes scraping the beds down the stairs and the wood coming off. As well as this the delivery guy even said to me you can make a claim through my company. He wouldn’t say that if he knew he didn’t do it himself.
Following the company response: I have just messaged them to see what the outcome is that my stairs are broken now and they have said they cannot do anything so not being very truthful in the reply to the review. Do not trust them!

Very happy with my purchase. Super king Harper Bed arrived in perfect condition. Easy to assemble. Delivery time was well organised and arrived on time with a courtesy call 30 mins before arrival. Delivery team very helpful.

Absolutely in love with the bed we have…
Absolutely in love with the bed we have received from Heavenly Beds. The delivery was pretty fast and it completely elevates our bedroom. The wood used is really high quality and I have no concerns of it not lasting us years. We had our eye on this for a while so we are amazed with it. I really recommend going here for your beds.

Customer Service is great, bed arrived, had slight damage issues with one part and straight away said they would replace, I cannot fault this company at all and the beds are great quality, would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend.

Great experience, issues sorted swiftly
Website was easy to use and it was clear what you were ordering from the options available. After placing the order, the bed arrived very quickly and I was kept up to date from the company and the courier along the way. All items were very well packaged. There was a slight imperfection in the material on my headboard in my order, but a WhatsApp message to the company swiftly resolved this and a replacement was delivered and the faulty item taken away. The bed itself seems sturdy and well made and looks great. Price was very competitive amongst other online retailers, wouldn't hesitate to buy from Heavenlybeds again.

Love my bed
Love my bed , even better in person ! They came on time and fitted my bed in like 30 mins was so quick . They even sent me boards to go under my bed at no extra cost ! Highly recommend heavenly beds !

We are absolutely in love with this new…
We are absolutely in love with this new bed! Our bedroom was the storage room of the house and definitely our least favourite as we just haven’t done much with it since moving in. It has now become my favourite room in the house! This bed frame makes our room look so much brighter and cosier and I just can’t stop looking at it!
Not only is it dreamy but it was so easy to put together it was up on minutes. The quality is absolutely beautiful, so much so that we even went for the matching blanket box.

I had an amazing experience
I had an amazing experience with this company, i have the cream Sultan Ambassador Full chesterfield bedframe in a superking, at first I had many thoughts of it getting dirty fast (as I have dogs) or it looking too out of place but when it came and was all set up it looked so elegant and went with my furniture so well, If my dogs get it muddy I just give the frame a it down which isn’t hard at all, so long down the line and I’m still as happy as ever I’ve had no problems it looks just as beautiful as when I first got it which is a first as in the past the base has caved in off other bed frames I’ve purchased from other companies
