Impeccable service. Super King Bed ordered and delivered within 11 days. Nowadays it is very difficult to be complimentary when it comes to services provided by any local or online companies but I have nothing but compliments when it comes to Heavenly Beds. Regularly updated regarding order status and expected delivery. Delivery driver IFY was nothing short of a gentleman. A very well rared human being with incredible manners and ability. Anyone who comes across IFY will be blown away by his professionalism and kindness.

The delivery drivers were really polite…
The delivery drivers were really polite but as for the bed I bought in Dec 2023 i ordered a white it is cheap material you can see throw it you can see where they have made a fold for a join,the bracket came away had to get longer screws to hold it in place I would not buy off them its just cheap very cheap diy bed

really nice bed and good company to deal with
the bed was lovely the only critiscism is how they tell you to measure for the headboard, i ordered a 65inch headboard and measure my stairs and opening of the door and it was plenty of room, however when it came it would not fit up my stairs. I did not realise you had to measure the stairs on an angle so i think there should be guidelines on their website on how you should measure the stair way. The company were really helpful though and i was able to re order a split headboard but had to wait another week before it came and put the bed together. The company do answer your queries straight away on whattsapp.

Definitely no stars ..a disaster
It was terrible delivery damaged the house dreadfully unfortunately the delivery drivers only has a very limited English vocabulary and my Urdu is non existent ..we muddled through with sign language they had no tools and had to borrow ours they were unhelpful and made significant damage to the property when delivering ...

No fire labels on bed. Google the legal requirement for these. Bed is also made of lightweight wood and is flimsy. *condensed version as Heavenlybeds flagged original to be deleted.

I’m so impressed with the bed. Not only it’s comfortable but very stylish. The material is so soft and the quality is amazing. It is definitely worth the price. The delivery is fast and the tracking is accurate. Good communication with the company, kind and helpful.

So pleased with our new bed! Ordered it on Tuesday and was delivered by Saturday. Needed an extra early delivery and everything went so smoothly and arrived on time. Excellent service
Absolutely over the moon with my bed . Service was excellent throughout . Delivery and drivers were excellent so respectful in my home took they shoes off to put the bed into my living room temporarily. The bed speaks for itself excellent quality and it was packaged brilliantly no marks or damage whatsoever. Arrived perfectly. I was nervous using a company I’d never used Before but they were outstanding I highly recommend. The bed I bought was on another designer website for £400 more and it’s exactly the same bed . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend , and I won’t buy a bed from anywhere else .
