Beercocks Estate Agents Reviews

Sue has been fantastic as my Sales Progressor. She has been exceptionally proactive, accessible, and approachable. She kept me updated every step of the way with clear timescales and advice, going above and beyond even over weekends and leave. Brilliant service from start to finish!

Good experience overall with Rosie M, helpful and prompt responses, as we are first time buyers and new to this we appreciated the communication.

The staff were always helpful / responsive & we were given advise throughout the process.

Regular updates on progress and good advice regarding sale price. Everything put in place immediately with documents for solicitors, epc check and mortgage advice.

Sold within 6 months which is good. First viewer made offer. Happy with service and regularly updated regarding the bungalow we are buying. Happy with service, pleasant, well informed and very helpful.
Recommended to neighbour who is putting her house on the market also.

Currently buying a property through Beercocks Driffield and the team in the Driffield office have kept me informed of progress so I know where I'm up to. I've been in touch with Eve mostly and she has always been very friendly and professional.

Excellent service overall from start to finish. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Sue kept us properly informed at every stage rather than leaving us chasing for updates, and was proactive in getting all parties aligned on a completion date — no small task with a chain involved. There was clearly a lot of work going on behind the scenes to keep things moving and keep everyone talking to each other, which made a real difference to how smoothly the whole process went. Would happily recommend.

Would highly recommend Beercocks for any property sale. Demi was very friendly and professional in all communication with us. The sale went very smoothly thanks to her efficient service. Thanks very much.
