Beercocks Estate Agents Reviews

I booked a house valuation with Ebony Toomey, with it being my first time enquiring about selling my house she talked me through the process perfectly, outstanding customer service,

Thank you

As always it's been a very communative experience, with warmth and understanding.

Katie Puckering, I cannot think of anyone being more helpful ,charming and delightful as Katie. She has always been happy to explain and answer all my questions and believe me I could test the patience of a saint! In fact, she has been so professional, pleasant and easy going that I think of her as a friend. I feel she is very valuable member of the team. An absolute delight and I think you should feel very lucky to have her in your employ.

Had a viewing with Charlotte and found her to be very friendly and professional. But more importantly she was very patient allowing us to have a good look around and ask questions.
Charlotte dealt with our offer and came back to us very quickly despite the vendor being on holiday.
We also received mortgage advice which resulted in our full application and solicitor being instructed in two weeks very smooth and stress free procedure,

I have recently sold a property using Beercocks, all of the staff have been helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish, they made the process of selling so convenient for me. I was kept regularly updated on progress, even when the news wasn't good Eden remained positive and gave good advice on moving forward, thank you to all staff

Sue at Beercocks in Willerby was a massive help in an our first home purchase. We couldn’t recommend her enough. She did her upmost to chase solicitors and kept us up to date every step of the way.

I used Beercocks Holderness Rd to sell my home.

Always helpful, and polite. And always resolved any questions or queries I had.

Our experience was great from start to finish. The sales progression team were brilliant in handling the sale and liaising with both ourselves and the solicitors. Very good service all round

Smooth, easy process. Eden provided updates regularly and always responded fast when I contacted her or had a query.

Molly at the Beverley branch was very helpful and kept in touch at all times . Really pleased with her service .

A really great experience. Sue was incredibly proactive moving the sale forwards and very helpful in addressing my concerns. These things were a huge help especially as first time buyer. Everyone at Beercocks was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I brought Beercocks in after a disappointing run with another agent. I liked the staff and we got the sale, after some adamance from me about what price it should be sold at (it's a really good, light, beautiful house). Nice team but sometimes could be more proactive and at times had to remind them that they were my agent and not the buyer's. Did the job at a good rate.

as a first time buyer, they are very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommended agents!

Beercocks have been wonderful agents from our first enquiry to Molly right through to completion. Sue Kastelik has been our sales progression contact and has been just wonderful. She has been our point of contact with a helpful, professional and friendly approach. She has intervened where necessary to help move things along smoothly. Thanks to all at Beercocks who have been involved with our purchase.

Danielle has been so helpful with helping us to navigate everything as first time buyers. We have had regular contact and not had to keep chasing for things to get sorted. Would absolutely recommend.

They sold my house within 2 days of it being on the market. Staff were always helpful and courteous and best of all patient.
