Switched to Beercocks from another agent after house not selling for over 6 months and a couple of opportunities being missed or mishandled. From the outset Beercocks were really honest and realistic about what could be achieved and they had a straightforward approach to the market. Found a buyer pretty quickly and Belinda negotiated to get the best for both parties. Her knowledge and experience helped the whole process go smoothly and I'd definitely reccommend Beercocks. Bit more expensive than most others but you get what you pay for in the end.

I honestly cannot thank Amy enough. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. After my house had been on the market for over a year, I was starting to lose hope, but Amy and the team at Beercocks sold it within a week.
