No communication whatsoever,ignored e mails voicemail and text. Only responded after PayPal became involved after which refund given.

Ordered an item over a week ago.. Received an email to say my shoes had been dispatched and I also got sent a royal mail tracking number. Contacted the company today. Been told oh our warehouse can't find the shoes so we will organise a refund for you.. strange that you lied and told me they'd been dispatched with royal mail. Obviously fake information and also a fake tracking number. Do not use this company.

I paid over £100 for a coat which has not been received. I requested a refund which has not been received. All contact has been ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

There is no possibility to contact me, I wanted to change the size at the moment I ordered and the order was closed and there is no possibility, there is no customer service, very disappointing

Wrong item sent. Unable to get a response from company. 2 weeks ago I Ordered a Desigual Top, received a dress which I already have. Emailed twice and phoned and have had no reply as yet.

Found a desigual dress that had sold out everywhere else and was so happy. It was my first time using Belle Divino and although there was a delay with delivery (probably because it’s the lead up to Christmas), I’d definitely use them again.
