I cannot recommend Lacie in the Portsmouth office highly enough! As first-time buyers, navigating the property market can feel incredibly overwhelming, but Lacie has been an absolute breath of fresh air.

Shocking agent communication was poor and not truthful assured me my buyer was ready to go after months even though the buyer hadn't submitted the mostbasicof documents.

We have just exchanged on a property purchased through Bernard's they have been proactive and professional throughout, while the whole team was great , there is a special shout out to Toni who handled the post sale work, who always kept us in the loop and maintained the communication between us and the sellers, which helped keep things moving, in those stressful moments.

Lacie and Caiisha were fantastic. The service provided was friendly and professional. The ladies worked hard to market our property and arrange viewings. We were kept up to date all the way through. We were offered asking price for our property within 12 days of it going on the market. Brilliant service cannot fault it would certainly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.

I had just spent 6 months with a different company and was so disappointed with their service. Lacie from Bernards had left me numerous letters offering me assistance, so I decided to contact her. From the minute I met her, she was so professional and supportive. She talked me through the process and from day 1 she was selling my house. 3 weeks later, it's sold.
