Rental property managed through Bernards. By chance had two issues with the property in one day. Both Patsy-Jane and Rebecca were exceptional and resolved both issues within the day. As a land lord I can’t rate them and this company highly enough and I am sure the tenant is pleased. This is based on 3 years experience with them and until yesterday had no cause to contact them. It’s only when you encounter a problem can you really judge how individuals and a company deliver and they exceeded my expectations

Brilliant quick & professional support from Cai, Lee & the Bernards Portsmouth team, had my property on the market within a week & 3 viewings booked by the day it was formally added to Rightmove, I am in receipt of a formal offer for the property from the 1st person to view it & it is now in the hands of the Solicitor to complete the formal sale, less than 1 week after being placed on the Market.

We have being dealing with the Gosport branch for the last few months. Jessica Bishop has been absolutely wonderful. She has been at the end of the phone at all times, has stayed in constant contact and gone above and beyond to offer help. A truly lovely lady.

Both Lucy and Jasmin have been amazing throughout the whole process of securing our tenancy.
Would highly recommend them both.

Worst estate agent i have dealt with . I have be buy and sell for the last 40 years .Customer service is very bad had not treat me well

My experience with Bernards and my agent Caiisha Squires has been really good, the communication was so good all the way through from initial offers to completion and nothing was too much trouble. Having moved from another agent recently this was sooo much better.

Excellent experience, very helpful in understanding the market and being a first time seller it was not easy to get my head around things , however Bernard team especially Lacie whom I had over on day one has been a great help, simple yet professional approach

Joe Salvia handled the marketing and sale of two rental houses from start to finish with a very professional and effective service. Joe valued the properties and made sufficient photos with several serious potential buyers identified within less than two weeks and with sale agreed for both properties. From marketing the houses to completing the sale was a little more than two months. Joe provided good communication throughout and even followed up on arranging to return routers afterwards. Great service and would fully recommend.

Lacie has been incredibly helpful, friendly and kept communication lines open throughout the process of my purchase. I’m very happy with her service, thank you!

Lucy was extremely helpful, informative and constantly in contact throughout the whole process.

3 months and 4 viewings. Turned up 20 mins late for one of them. We had to talk the people into staying through the video door bell!
Little to no contact throughout the process save for giving feedback and we found out the £120 we paid for photos doesn’t entitle us to use them for any reason…what on earth did we pay a fee for then?
I understand estate agents have a difficult job when the housing market is at a low but there are basic standards prospective clients expect and this particular agent flew well wide of the mark.
Ended the contract at the first available opportunity and withdrew the house from the market.
Very disappointed.
