Bernards Estate & Letting Agents  Reviews

Very professional service. Excellent advice. Property was under offer in under 14 days.

Lacie at the Bernards North End branch was very helpful. She made the process of selling my property smooth and hassle free and also managed to sell my property within a week. Lacie was a lovely and genuine person and was always there to answer any questions I had. Really pleased to say I had a great experience!

We had a very positive experience with the service provided by Jordan , Southsea Branch He was always professional, friendly with a realistic approach . Thank you Jordan and Joe . We now look forward to completion .

I can't speak highly enough of Caiisha Squires at Bernard's in Portsmouth. She helped make a very stressful experience a lot easier and was always on hand to provide updates and chase up solicitors. Caiisha's colleague Lacie Bray was also enormously helpful.

We had a really positive experience finding a house to rent with Lucy. She was extremely helpful and guided us through the whole process. The service was par excellence. I would highly recommend Bernards.

What an experience, working with Lucy Hayward at Bernard Estate and Letting Agents North End branch was amazing. Lucy guided us smoothly to all the processes of renting the house. She is professional, friendly and her communication skills are out of the world in making things to be sorted out on time as we requested the house within a short period of time, but things went well. I highly recommend Lucy Hayward and the rest of the team at Bernard's Estate to be considered. Keep up the great work and dedication, I'm delighted that i chose to work with Bernard's on this journey of renting the property.

Best Regards

Shocking service, don’t ever take a rental from this agency, poor communication, or no communication, all they want to achieve is to keep your deposit, will never deal with them again.

Bernards are a very caring easy organisation to deal with. They are especially good at keeping a finger on the pulse monitoring progress throughout. Nice people to deal with. Well done & highly recommended.

As a first-time buyer I was quite nervous, but Lacie was amazing throughout the process. She answered all my questions quickly and made everything feel much less daunting. Thank you so much for all support!

Jade (at lee on solent office) was amazing, helped with all my questions and go moved in quickly and even checked up to see if everything was ok. Thanks Jade

Ayesha from Bernards Portsmouth was so helpful and very professional in her role. It made getting our mortgage for our new house so stress and hassle free and we could not of asked for it to go any smoother. Ayesha was so informative with our options and was superb at every step of the way. We would highly recommend her service and will no doubt be in contact with her when we require her service again. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much.

Love experience, great staff

I’ve been using Bernard’s since 2018 and they’ve always found great tenants quickly. Lucy and Jasmin are brilliant! Professional, friendly, and always keep me updated. Their service is reliable, efficient, and completely hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Jasmin and Lucy were really great, helpful, kept me informed and liaised well with the tenant and fixing the hob with the engineer. They offered good advice on rent pricing and ensured the void was kept to a minimum.
