I met with Jasmin from Bernards, Portsmouth Branch. Jas was extremely helpful, organising a viewing at short notice. After viewing the property, the referencing process was completed in 3 days. From seeing the house to receiving the keys took less than 2 weeks. Jas made everything happen smoothly and always replies quickly to emails and phone calls. Thank you for your care and efficiency; I definitely recommend using Bernards!

Both with rental and with sales these people are collecting about 10 IQ points for whole office. They make perfect sense when you speak to them, and they never follow up on what they should do or verify any information they give you. The most recent moment of brilliance, they went to show the house to a potential buyer, and for the second time in a row they realised they forgot to arrange access to the property while on the door with the buyer. I rest my case, they literally had one job!

Lacie and Ayesha have been AMAZING at supporting us with our journey to buying our first home. Property managed through Bernards point of contact Samantha Bradbury; she has always been exceptional in resolving issues in a timely manner. She is always very supported and helpful specially when having to deal with demanding tenants and I guess even more demanding landlords, when I have had to contact her for help and guidance there is never a problem, always willing to help. My experiences on how issues are handled and resolved by the individual ( Sam) then I feel that my expectations are exceeded by her.

Sold our property through Bernards, they were excellent throughout the process. They arranged multiple viewings at times convenient for us and sold the property very quickly. The service was great from arranging reels and photography, to viewings, to keeping us updated throughout the sale progression. Would highly recommend and we saw multiple agents before deciding on Bernards and know we made the right choice

We finally got the result in the end. As there were others sellers/solicitors in the chain the delays were extremely frustrating. Our first floor flat sale should have been a fairly straightforward proposition with a cash buyer. However I’d like to call out Toni Mulliss for her part as she pulled out all the stops to get the sale finally over the line after four months

Excellent back-up maintenance service and six-monthly inspection (by Samantha). Always there if I have any problems with no fuss. Problems always addressed quickly.
