Bespoke Plates Reviews

I ordered previously and everything was all good, this time I had to chase my order, they then sent them out and received a day later. The plates came and they’re misaligned, the backing overlaps the actual plate, poor quality.

very quick replies and delivery and quality is excellent 👌

Great service, was able to share ID documents online and plate delivered really quickly. Good comms throughout.

Do not order from this company I placed an order for a key ring kit and waited a month nearly for it to come no tracking info was given, when i received the order I opened it and it looks like it’s been used, the key rings are sticky there was no links given it’s like a waste of £315

Superb from fast to finish, couldn’t be happier with bespoke plates. Extremely helpful throughout, could not recommend more!!! I was lucky enough to deal with SHAKIB who made the whole experience that bit more easy and reassuring! Thankyou so much!

The communication from Shakib was so good that, at first, I thought it was a scam. I soon realised that it was because he represents Bespoke Plates and that is the standard that they set.
This also showed in the speed of the service and the quality of the plates.
I, honestly, couldn't be happier.

Updated review: id like to thank shakib for reaching out to me, apparently they took over the business in 2025, so its not their fault, as a gesture of goodwill he kindly offered to send me a new set of plates to my liking, and he did indeed send them within a day.. so i can get back on the road asap.. and no its not ghost letters this time thankfully.. thankyou for making it right shakib i appreciate your help mate..

Original review :I ordered on may 31st 2024! So its been well over 2 years! Up untill today 31st july 2026, ive been happy with the product the delivery etc, little did i know what i was about to experience tonight! I come back from gym 1am pull up in my drive way and the police have followed me via cameras to my house. The officer explained that i have ghost letters in my plate.. he flashed my plates with a uv torch and yes all 4 B’s look different from the rest so they dont show up on cameras. Now officer explained he will seize the plates and that i have to buy a new set from halfords. Once he is done reporting DVLA will get in touch to remove my personalised plate out of circulation because its invovled in fraudulent action and expect a 4 digit fine! So could be thousands! I showed the officers when i purcahsed online i solely chose legitimate options nothing illegal. I pulled up my invoice from emails and it even shows “legal” on the bill. The police admitted its odd. However i legit had zero idea what so ever! I suggest you guys all buy uv torch and shine your plates, because these guys decided to add ghost letters in my plate and i had zero clue! I am going to take them to court! Avoid avoid at all costs!

I contacted Shakib yesterday as I needed help with organising a 3D gel front no. plate & the service I received was second to none. This isn't the first time I have used Bespoke Plates & I can't recommend them enough. From placing my order to delivery I had no issues at all & Shakib called me & kept me up to date.
