Simply astoundingly good service, perfect flow of information and interaction. Could not have been easier. A great company to process the sale or purchase of a property. Craig is a GEM!!!!!

Heed this warning. AVOID BESPOKE LAW AT ALL COSTS.
On the homepage of their website it says “We are conveyancers that put you first” Moving home? We make the legal side effortlessly straightforward.

This is the biggest load of rubbish I have ever read. I chose this company to assist with buying my first house. I chose it as it had good reviews and it was local to me in Haywards Heath.
I have never experienced such incompetency and stress in my life. I was assigned a solicitor named Kirandeep. Communication was terrible. I had to chase and chase. Eventually my mortgage advisor had to help me as she had more experience with conveyancers.
At one stage I went through the paper work with a friend, as I was very new to the buying process. Luckily my friend was experienced in house purchasing. She noticed that there was so much paperwork missing. I had to bring this up with the company.
At the start of the process I gave information to one person (I think they were called Charlie) then all of a sudden they disappeared but hadn’t passed the info onto the person who took over.
On the date of exchange, Kirandeep suddenly needed more evidence as to where some gifted funds had come from, even tho she knew about the funds previously. There is so much more to say but I’ll put that in the formal complaint.
If you think you’re picking a nice local family run business you are not. They all work remotely. I went to the office to hand over some paperwork, and it just looked like an unprofessional call centre.
Please do yourself a favour, and pick any other company.

The initial quote was competitive and, most importantly, the final costs were similar. Just completed on our purchase using Bespoke Law Services. Have done several purchases over the years and have only once found a service which was as efficient as our assigned conveyencers, Lois & Claudia. I was informed every step of the way, had sensible advice given. Always got very prompt replies to my emails. The purchase took three months but would have been much faster if the vendor had completed his side quickly. The price was reasonable (middle band of quotes) and was definitely as described. Will use them again when our house sells.

I am currently using Bespoke they came highly recommended by someone at work who used them for a probate matter. I wish I could say the same. I got assigned a lawyer , who never contacted me , I rang up to find out she had left the day she was assigned to me. I got another lawyer who was holiday cover for two weeks so I was put on hold until they found someone. I then got a paralegal, two weeks later , who never contacted me or took my instructions until I chased . I am lucky if she replies to my emails when I need help . What should be a simple exchange is nearly into the second month and I am at a loss on what to do to complete. If you need probate help they are great , if conveyancing i wish you have a better experience than I have had so far

Great service from Lois and Claudia. Responsive to messages and queries and made the whole process easy and stress free.

Sales team before making initial deposit, agreed that all process will be able to do remotely (digitally) however after paying deposit assigned solicitor informed that won’t be possible. Refused to refund full deposit i paid and deducted part of money, didn’t compensate for misleading sale nor my time. Avoid to use it

Bespoke make use of electronic services to progress the conveyance process, enabling documentation to signed or invoices to be paid during the complete process.

Communication is normally completed by email, ensuring a fast and smooth process.
My primary contact was Joe Hadden and Claudia, their speed of progress was achieved by use of email rather than a traditional method of sending letters. Simple things like showing on their email footer in advance when they were on holiday, all helps in the communication process. I will certainly be using Joe and Bespoke again and recommend them 100%

Over the past couple of years, we as a family have used Bespoke Law Services 5 times. In each case the service was exemplary, hence giving them repeat business. Joe and his team's attention to detail, requests for information and responses have all been crystal clear and actioned same day. I would not use any other conveyancer for my business and can hand on heart recommend this company 100%.

I was initially worried about using an online company but this company was absolutely first class. Michael Sanderson was amazing throughout the process. The team ( Katie Burley, Lucy Paget, Jessica Brookes, Karisma Ramadan and Evie Coker) was efficient and it’s been a pleasure working with them. We were selling our house, which was end of chain. Everything from start to finish went perfectly. They chased me for information and always answered emails quickly. Great price, great service. I would highly recommend and we will use again.

We received fantastic service from Joe Hadden for our house move - I would definitely recommend him for anybody looking for conveyancing for their house sale or purchase.

We used bespoke to purchase our first property and i would not recommend.

during our process we had a number of changes of case handlers and solicitors meaning we lost months at the beginning where little to nothing was done. One solicitor brought in barely lasted a week before we was notified they wouldnt be coming back.

During our process there clearly was a data breach as we had a scammer using the email @bespokelawservice.com (missing the S) which knew many of the details about our case that only bespoke would have know such as email, address and dates. Bespoke law services denied they had any breach but i cant see how this would have been possible for a scammer to know. Although we was able to spot the potential scam, they had enough details that it was worrying what else they had access too.

We eventually got our case handed to Joe who moved the process along and maybe had we had Joe all along we might not have seen such a terrible process.

This is the second time we have bought and/or sold a property with BLS. We also recommended them to a friend who has also just completed his second move, again using Amanda at BLS. We didn't hesitate to contact Amanda Rose straight away and wouldn't consider going elesewhere now. Amanda has always been so efficient and helpful and will always take a call when you need to speak to her, The information and advice she provides has always been 100% reliable and given in a way that you can fully understand, no flowery language, just straightforward and honest. With BLS, we have just felt safe and reassured and know that if problems arise, they will be dealt with efficiently, leaving us with minimum stress and anxiety at what can be a difficult time. For the recent sale of my husbands' parents property, Amanda had all paperwork and everything in order well before we had an exchange date, so we were all ready to go within a very short time. We would like to thank Amanda and Zoe and all of the team that we had contact with, everyone has been so helpful, efficient and really pleasant to speak to. Very many thanks to all. We are possibly looking to be moving again in the near future, so we may well be in touch again. Rest assured, we will not go anywhere else!.
