Laura Guy recently handled my house sale and I have no hesitation in recommending her services. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and courteously. I was slightly apprehensive using an online conveyancing service but I found all the staff I dealt with at Bespoke Law services to be friendly, helpful and the utmost professionals.

I was kindly assisted by Sophie and Rosie on the purchase of a property. They worked together seamlessly as a team and were responsive to my questions, as well as being proactive with sell-side to ensure that there were no unnecessary delays. In sum, Bespoke Law are to be highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with Bespoke Law, looked after by Joe, Samantha & Claudia. Really helpful with the purchase of our first home, and assisted us throughout the whole process (twice!)

The team seemed very professional but also very friendly, especially over the phone. They were always very happy to explain things via email when needed and we felt like they were the more proactive out of our solicitors and the seller's solicitors. The team seemed very knowledgeable and we didn't get the dreaded "dealing with solicitors" feeling! Would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling as they were also very decently priced. Our buying process did take a while (around 5 months) despite no chain, however this was due to the seller's solicitors and not the Bespoke Law Services team.

Personally want to give a big thanks to Lois and Claudia who were amazing from start to finish, i completed in under 2 months from when the offer was accepted! They were great to deal with and had very quick replies! As a first time buyer i am so happy that i picked Bespoke Law Services, they guided me though it seamlessly, would recommend!!!

Second time using Bespoke Law Services, first was a purchase, this time was a sale and corresponding purchase. In a long drawn out process, as it entailed a purchase of a new build property where finished dates were constantly pushed back, Joe and his assistants made a very stressful time a lot easier for us. Communication throughout was excellent and despite the lengthy delays, it all ended with simultaneous exchange and completion on the same day, again Joe and his team worked tirelessly on our behalf to get it over the line. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Huge recommendation for Sophie and Rosie, who dealt with both a sale and purchase for me. After being the in the conveyancing/financial sector myself i am one of those annoying clients who knows the process and thus tries to pre-empt delays etc so all paperwork was completed and returned asap. Initially everything was quiet and i was surprised by the little contact, but once we got to the crucial stage Sophie really came into her own, highlighting all of the legalities to protect us from any risk despite the vendors solicitor being a blocker at every turn. Professional and personable which i loved, it's so nice to actually build rapport with someone nowadays with everything being digital. Sale and purchase completed 14 weeks from instruction despite the blockers we faced, ladies you made a really stressful time that bit easier thank you would recommend 100%.

Now that the dust has settled, I just wanted to quickly say thank you for the service you provided during my flat purchase.

Solicitor Christine was professionally negligent and ensured this was an awful experience for me to the point I’ve had to get Legal Ombudsman involved. Their complaints department is also a joke, taking no responsibility whatsoever and passing the blame. Do not recommend.

I honestly cannot thank Amanda Woods at Bespoke Law Services enough for everything she did for me throughout my property journey. Amanda took over my file while I was in the middle of my original purchase, which I ultimately decided to pull out of. From the very start, she was incredibly kind, supportive and so easy to contact. Her knowledge and guidance were absolutely invaluable and gave me complete reassurance that I was making the right decisions.
I remember asking Amanda whether, if I found another property – Would I be able to request her again and I’m so grateful that I did. Very efficient solicitors and also easy to contact and discuss any questions over a friendly chat! Bespoke were fast (we were always waiting for the Seller's solicitor) and when I decided to change house half way through there were no hidden fees or added complexity. They have been great throughout the whole process. Thanks!

The legal work itself was handled efficiently and the transaction completed without any issues, so I can’t fault the core service.

Communication was always prompt, which I appreciated. However, as a first-time buyer, I found it could have been more detailed and reassuring. Updates were often very brief and didn’t provide much context about what stage we were at or what to expect next, and I sometimes had to chase for key updates rather than being kept informed proactively.

Some of the communication appeared to come via an assistant, and while those messages were helpful and more detailed (and expected), it wasn’t always clear who was responsible for what. When I did hear directly from the solicitor, the responses tended to be quite brief and transactional in tone, which made the process feel less guided than it could have been.

For example, just before completion I received an email simply stating “we have received your balance,” with no further explanation. At such a key stage, a bit more detail or reassurance would have made a big difference.

Overall, a competent and efficient service, but more proactive, consistent and client-focused communication would really improve the experience—particularly for first-time buyers.
