What an absolute joke of a company. Buy to let remortgage. Remortgage based on rental income. Before they would even submit a mortgage application to any lender, they requested three months bank statements, three months payslips, three years accounts, two forms of identity, two forms of address verification, a letter from my employer. Then when we had finally agreed on an illustration they requested another payslip and another bank statement! This was even before they would make any application to anyone!

As a single working parent, mortgages can be a stressful experience but Better made is seamless no stress or hassle and constantly supported and updated me throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The one thing I was hoping for was to get a better mortgage deal than the company got me. What they got me was available for me directly through my lender.

I am aware of the difficult current market place but I still expected them to land me an agreed rate a bit lower than than what I could already access myself.

Managed to sort out my income protection and life cover with the help of an experienced advisor. Excellent.
