Bidwells Reviews

Bidwells always manage to be both professional and friendly. In particular, they are quietly efficient in their property management, relieving landlords and their tenants of day-to-day matters.

We decided to use Bidwells to sell our house and what a good decision it was.
Billy Donaldson came to see us and from the word go he was amazing.
The service we received from Billy was fantastic. Not only did he sell our house he also helped us find a good solicitor.
Throughout the conveyancing process Billy kept us in the loop at every stage.
The help and advice we received from Billy was incredible and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. He went way and beyond what we expected.
Billy Donaldson is without doubt the best estate agent we have ever met and is a credit to Bidwells.

I can’t recommend Edward Disley-Stevens enough as a property manager. From start to finish, he was attentive, professional, and incredibly responsive. Any query or request we had was answered quickly and thoroughly, and every inspection was arranged at times that were convenient for us.

Our check-out experience was just as smooth. Edward advised us on reputable cleaners, accommodated our preferred end-of-tenancy date, and answers all our last minute questions! He handled every detail and question with care, making sure nothing was overlooked.

What truly set Edward apart was how he went above and beyond his role, even taking the time to send us a parcel that had been mistakenly delivered to our old address after we had left.

Thank you, Edward, for making our tenancy a truly 5-star experience!

The lettings and sales teams have supported me for almost 10 years. Their services are excellent and they are trusted advisors.

I cannot speak highly enough about Billy Donaldson in the purchase of my first home. He was incredibly responsive, understanding, and patient with my many questions. When a few sticking points with the sale emerged, he was brilliant at resolving them and communicating clearly between me and the seller. The sale closed very quickly and I felt supported throughout the process. I am very impressed with Bidwells and can highly recommend their/Billy's services!

Good communication, smooth running

For the sale of our house in Harston near Cambridge we had chosen Bidwells as our estate agent.
Bidwells supported us throughout the process. Right from the beginning it was a clearly structured process. Ollie and his team were always there. They responded timely and efficiently and dealt with the buyer's site in very professional manner. Very good work, very trustworthy.

From property viewing through to referencing, everyone was helpful, kind, honest, and efficient. I needed some extra assistance to complete the reference check and James helped me sort it all out. The tenancy contract is reasonable and fair. Finding a place to rent is stressful, and I will always use Bidwells to do it in Cambridge from now on.

My flat purchasing experience has been great. The sales team has been extremely friendly, responsive and gave plenty of advice and information. I would definitely use their services again in the future!

Super efficient, friendly and professional :)

It’s been four years to work with Bidwells. The team have provided a smooth and professional service for the letting my property. Thank you!

We had tried to sell our apartment for sometime through the other two agents but failed.
Through friend’s recommendation to use Bidwells, Ollie and his team found a buyer in a very short time. It’s incredible 👍. Also I found the communications were very efficient and responsive. Highly recommended to use Bidwells as a sales agent.

Delighted with prompt action and response

Simply great! Highly professional team. Excellent properties. James was diligent, proactive and helpful.

They are quick to respond whenever I have to contact in regards to issues at the property I am renting.

Bidwells have used every effort to get me a new tenant when the market is difficult. They have been successful and gave me good advice

Ollie Rivers was our agent and he did a fantastic job. I cannot recommend him and his colleagues more highly.

Great in communication. Very efficient. They got the paperwork sorted out quickly and the flat was on the rightmove website straight after completing the required paperwork. Our flat is now rented with the asking price

James Munro at Bidwells is a lifesaver! I had to get an apartment in cambridge in less than a week. Being new to teh country, i did not have the typical credit checks and all that. But he used common sense and arrived at a resolution that worked for everyone. Turned everything around in 24 hours! Now I can breathe easy knowing that I'll have a place as planned
